These were once two of the biggest hits of the latter half of 2015, so dominant at almost the same time that people (Like me and others) once thought that both Adele and Drake once dated each other. (At least that was the rumor/dream) SO now it should be no surprise that you have to choice which is better.

I liked hello when I first heard it because of her power, but not really anymore.
Hotline Bling on the other hand is a SNOOZEFEST.
I vote hello.

Hello is amazing and one of my favourite songs ever. I never liked Hotline Bling though it has grown on me a bit this year.

I do not like both at all. Same, but "Hotline Bling" is a special kind of awful, so "Hello" easily wins this for me.

I prefer Adele. By far. Drake's song is good too though.

I don't get how both are comparably
Anyways, Hotline Bling is trash, annoying and overrated. Hello is perfection.

"Hotline Bling" has actually only gotten better with time for me. I don't revisit "Hello" often if ever.

100% Hello. It's a beautiful song in my opinion whereas I liked Hotline Bling during that time but now I find it a bit boring.

I just happened to hear "Hello" again last week and, upon giving it serious thought, I think it's one of the most incredible, single-song accomplishments in pop music in a long time when you think of the context of it all. Adele had just put herself atop the superstar heap with 21, wherein all the things happened, and had taken a serious break. The expectations were incalculable, and all over the place--people laughed at the idea of even Adele breaking Britney Spears' record, while others starting listing records they expected her to break left and right.
Then she comes out with "Hello," a song that is both completely on brand but not exactly a 21 retread; one that shows off her incredible voice while still being totally sing-along-able; instantly timeless but still cognizant of the way the pop sound/radio had shifted since she put her stakes in the ground; well-written but easy to memorize; stayed in the heartache lane she became beloved for but in a different, more mature phase; an earworm but not cutesy or trend-chasing. And it all begins with "Hello, it's me"--simple and meme-ready and the actual perfect way for Adele to re-introduce herself.
Like, she couldn't have come back with any other song than "Hello." It was just the one.
"Hotline Bing" is cute tho.
