Finally getting around to posting this thread for the 2006 Country rankdown. I decided since I'll be busy up until the holidays, to just make the deadline the rest of 2017. January 16nd is the cutoff for lists to be submitted, via PM.

Looks like it was released in October of '06. So it will probably be on the 2007 rankdown, whenever that happens!  (And it will definitely be in my top 20!)

I have a list submitted already but I can add Sara's in, as long as everyone's okay with that? It would likely bump out "Love Is" or "I Dont Want To." 

It's tough since the last 10-15 are basically songs that peaked in the top 40 are at my discretion. Katrina's got to #40 on Mediabase. "Coalmine" didn't last very long once it charted but it did make the top 40.

Edit: Scrap that...I'll just make the list 101...I'm a staffer and it's my rankdown dammit!

We could just make it 101. There's 104 on the 1998 RD that's accepting submissions currently.

And you picked such good additions....this is gonna be SO hard.

But y’all only participate if you actually listen to all of these. There are some great one hit wonders or couple hit wonders on this list (Sarah Buxton & Rockie Lynne stand out for me)...just don’t rank them low cause you don’t know them.

Also there are a couple songs on here that I don't recall and a few more than I haven't listened to in forever so I'm gonna make a playlist and listen to all of these songs for awhile before submitting a list to give myself a thorough refresh and give the less memorable songs a chance to do a little better on my list. I doubt any of them will make my top 50 since its already so tight, but ya never know!
