Interesting, when you log in, the screen you see in April 21. Then you click to 'next week' you see nothing
When you click through without logging in, you see April 28

^Billboard Biz charts seem to have had more issues than the regular charts in the last couple of months. You think they would take care of paying customers first.

on the phone with them for 15 minutes
When I first told them I could not see the charts, they said, "Oh you need Gary Trusts email, he can take care of it" -- LOL
"Chart issues are handled by the charts department, we handle subscription issues."
Frustrated, I said, OK - let's try this "I am a paid subscriber and I am not getting what I am paying for"
After investigating, they are aware of the problem and forwarded it to IT

Actually what happened was they ran some sort of test program on Saturday night that externally locked everything up.
They had no idea that this happened
Customer service logged into my account and could see all the charts just fine so---- INTERNALLY everything worked
Until I walked them through what I was doing then they said "Oh we will send this right over to IT"

Thanks, Gary for calling. It is insane to consider that the website is meant for the Recording INDUSTRY but it takes a private caller to tip them off after 24 hours of access issues.
That Billboard.biz site has been inexcusable for more than 10 years.
It frequently updates late (this 'glitch' happened around the new year as well - when they were changing the issue date)
The "Weeks at #1" mostly reset to "one week" on many of the charts during the date change and never recovered, thus getting weeks at #1 wrong.
The Search function is a monstrosity, frequently pulling up no results even for huge artists - and the hundreds of charts in the drop down are in no particular order, so good luck.
For a site requiring serious money to access the info, it has long been an embarrassment.
