Reviews for this aren't great, but I might check it out. Don't pay attention to the reviews. Your ears are the best reviewer. Most of the time, reviewers are more interested in showing how much they know the artist/scene than reviewing the album. |

I'm a huge sucker for Lewis as a producer and this is a pleasant listen. But it could have been so much more if he turned the reins over to a variety of guest vocalists. I just don't find his voice engaging enough to carry an album.

Yeah had this on at the gym today and it's all just a little samey for me but I appreciate the ideas that can be found here
'Missing You' is still that song though (was in my Top 5 for 2022) and I did really enjoy 'Oh Laura'

I actually really enjoyed this album! I’ve had a couple of his songs on repeat (mainly Fever Dreamer, Another Life, and Something About Your Love). So many bangers though!

Need to finish the album but Oh Laura was the clear standout from the handful of tracks I’ve heard.

I like the album but can see the comments about it being samey. I think this is generally on par with his last album. Maybe the standout songs on Times are a bit stronger but this one is more consistent. Of the songs we haven’t heard Oh Laura and Holding On are the stand outs for me. Fave track is still Vibe Like This.

It’s a pleasant blur of a listen. I don’t hate it but I do think if it had been concise like Times, it’d be a stronger effort. I also agree that he should’ve included a few more collaborations because his voice isn’t dynamic enough to carry this long of a project.
