Thinking God's Plan will be at minimum 11 weeks at #1.
If there's an artist who will release a new single that could potentially challenge, I think maybe it's Rihanna since her last era did so well in the streaming age (the best of the pop divas) plus Wild Thoughts kept her in circulation last year. The lead single of her next album could be anticipated
Of course Lemon didn't do that well, so she's not a sure thing but I still feel she has the best chance especially among the female acts

If God's Plan hadn't happened, I'm pretty sure they'd have discounted Finesse by now to secure it the top spot. Ed and Bruno are on the same label, so it isn't competition without strategy.
