"Trick Me", produced by Dallas Austin, was the second single released internationally from Tasty. It went top-10 in numerous international markets and peaked at #2 on the UK Singles charts. For those unaware, Arista folded after Tasty dropped but Kelis was still signed to Virgin Records overseas so they were able to continue releasing and promoting singles internationally while us Americans only got "Milkshake" as an official single. Tragic.

This is another one that basically lived in the top-10 for the whole rankdown but slowly rose from the bottom half to top-5 and momentarily top-3.

Your jinxing hasn't worked yet but I'm thinking its about to. 

Yass at my top 3 being the top 3. 

I LOVE "Trick Me" but I couldn't quite justify placing it higher than the three remaining songs.  Its probably actually my favorite off of Tasty but the hype behind "Milkshake" and thinking back to hearing that in the club all the time just took me to too good of a place to not rank it top 3.

Yes; I meant to elaborate. Arista folded; Jive absorbed part of their roster including Kelis; she knew they were a predominantly "Pop" label and wouldn't know what to do with her so she fought for 4 years to get released and they wouldn't budge. Part of that was because they had let Cee-Lo go and he dropped "Crazy" with Gnarls Barkley soon after (which he had pitched to Jive) so they were shook and didn't want to let the next "Milkshake" potentially get away. So Kelis Was Here was born, which I, too, think is an incredible album even if it was made against her will.

"Get Along with You" was the third single from Kaleidoscope. Although it totally missed the Hot 100 here and stalled at #57 on R&B, it did go top-10 on the UK R&B charts and is Kelis' signature, flawless, timeless, iconic ballad!! It also sucks the HQ video isn't available on her YT channel because it's still her best video to date IMO.

I really wasn't sure how well this was gonna do here but it had a strong show of support (with Troublemaker being the only hater) and consistently held its own in the top-3. There's a 36 point difference between this and the #1. tinawina killed its chances of reclaiming the #1 spot. peacebone tried to salvage it in the end but it was too late; Zeebz didn't love it enough to bring it back to glory. A strong third place finish though!

I will admit the verses are great. I just HATE the chorus, it's such a non-event and letdown after such catchy melodic verses. Kelis is a melody queen and has hooks for days so this is a really weak offering IMO.
