High Hopes is coming for 45 weeks and still TOP 25, a great contender for 52 weeks right ? Airplay alone might keep it floating in the TOP 30 for a couple of more weeks i guess

^I think it will depend on whether Ed Sheeran's album release next week results in charting songs boosts and debuts to send it into recurrence. All other songs mentioned are probably locked or very likely to get there.

"High Hopes" and "SICKO MODE" will be 52 weeks by next week's chart dating August 10, although "SICKO MODE"'s chances may be risky, as it's on #46 compared to "High Hopes"'s #34. So if "SICKO MODE" gets recurrent by next week, only "High Hopes" would last a year between the two and could allow "High Hopes" to possibly surpass "SICKO MODE".
I would keep an eye on Marshmello and Bastille's "Happier", 49 weeks and #27, close to the Top 25. If it can keep itself floating in the Top 25 area, it can surpass more than 52 weeks (unless Drake's new stuff can put a halt to that)

Marshmello and Bastille's "Happier" spent its 50th week inside Top 25. If the next two weeks keeps it floating inside Top 25, it has a chance to break the 52/25 rule.

Looking at "Sunflower"'s run, it's inevitable for it to break the 52/25 rule and spend 53-56 weeks in the Hot 100.

Without Me will complete a full year on Monday and Sunflower looks like a lock to surpass it at this point. Apart from that no other song at the moment that's imminent to reach 52 weeks, but here are some songs that I think may get there in the future (too early to know for sure, but given their longevity so far I could see it happening):
Dancing With a Stranger (currently #27, 37 weeks)
Sucker (currently #14, 30 weeks)
Talk (currently #12, 33 weeks)
Old Town Road (currently #10, 30 weeks)
Bad Guy (currently #7, 26 weeks)
Honorable mention to Wow. which is at #33 with 40 weeks but is well on its way out and most likely has a max of 3-5 more weeks left
