Alright, I have a list ready to send, but I’m afraid that sometime before the deadline I’ll look at a couple of my ranks and call them inaccurate. If I sent now, would I be able to edit my list or no? Yeah, you'll be able to edit your list.

Okay, I sent mine in.
If you know my taste really well, none of my top 5 should be surprising. That said, I hope most or all of them make the top 50.
I love my top 40-50 or so, hate my bottom 15, and the rest I don't care for. So I'll be okay if one of my top 50 wins.
I am excited for this to start and I'm eager to see what goes down!

Ah, 2000, a year that has gotten better with age, music-wise, though I still don't enjoy it quite as much as 1992-1997 or 2002-2007. At least 2000 had everything on the charts: pop, hip-hop, R&B, rock, alternative, EDM and country, which is entirely unlike 2018, or any other recent year, for that matter.
I have 64 of the songs ranked, and I'm familiar with most of the rest, but I have to give them a fresh listen in order to figure out where to rank them.

Some of these songs, that I would normally tank, will get upgraded because of their music Videos. You can thank me later.

Will definitely do this There are some songs I don't know,so I'll have to check 'em out, but I know a set of songs that I'll definitely support -- Shout-outs to the LATIN explosion! Dance favorites! Also BSB, N 'Sync --and finally Crash and Burn in a RD!!

I almost agree. There was plenty of good and interesting pop music from 2012-2014. Unfortunately, 2012 was when rock was pushed out of the mainstream, and it hasn't been let back in since. In fact, "Burn It Down" by Linkin Park was the last song to reach #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart and also reach the Top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100. Compounding the problem is that current alternative is more pop than rock. I hope rock makes a comeback in the 2020s.

I'm struggling with this one. I know what my #1 is, but i don't have any strong feelings for any songs after that.

just sent, surprised by how much of this list I liked, and even the stuff I didn't like was more "aggressively mediocre" rather than the complete garbage you sometimes get with these
(I'm not gonna do well at all though lmao)

I've done 10 rankdowns this week, but, don't have enough motivation to do this one. Sorry.
