Love it. So different sonically from Pawn Shop. It's a mix of stone cold country, deep cuts, and beachy hippie jams.
Early rankings
1. Weed, Whiskey and Willie 2. While You Still Can 3. I Don't Remember Me (Before You) 4. Two Wrongs Making It Right 5. Shoot Me Straight 6. Drank Like Hank 7. Slow Your Roll 8. Pushing Up Daisies (Love Alive) 9. Tequila Again 10. Little Bit Trouble
I'm LOVING every track except for Little Bit Trouble, and even that one will probably grow on me. This is tremendous.
Interested to see how they will pick singles. I Don't Remember Me, Pushing Up Daisies, Tequila Again all sound like hits. While You Still Can could be a darkhorse smash too. I would guess they'll choose between those 4.

One of my most anticipated country albums of 2018! I love John’s voice. Very disappointed their first 2 singles didn’t do a lot better. I’m talking about “Let’s Go There” And “Rum”.

This better clean up at awards shows. Especially if Stapleton/Church don't release anything this year. What an album. (My rankings are the same as they were in my previous post from the NPR debut)

I love every song but "couple wrongs making it alright" ill probably replace it with "take me to the pilot" when I burn the CD.

Dissapointed with this after one listen. I get a "cooler than the room" vibe like they are trying to be way out there. Shoot Me Straight is by far the best so g on the album. Will be interesting to see which songs are singles.

I might be one of the biggest fans of Brothers Osborne on Pulse (here's a picture of me and my friend with them in Austin last summer): I think this album as a whole is even better than the first. "I Don't Remember Me" will be the big hit from the album. My rankings: 1. Drank Like Hank 2. Shoot Me Straight 3. While You Still Can 4. Weed, Whiskey, and Willie 5. I Don't Remember Me (Before You) 6. Tequila Again 7. Pushing Up Daisies 8. A Little Bit Trouble 9. Slow Your Roll 10. A Couple Wrongs Makin' It Alright

HDD predicts 15-17k pure sales and 19-22k SPS first week. Their debut album did 21k in 2016, and considering they missed the chance of performing on ACM Awards, the number seems good.
