Giorgio Moroder ft Britney Spears -"Tom's Diner"


The 4th single released from Giorgio Moroder's 14th album "Déjà Vu" released in summer of 2015, his first since 1992's Forever Dancing. This track is a remake of Suzanne Vega's 80's classic, it features guest vocals from Britney Spears. The track is a very modern EDM pop take on the song and personally I always enjoyed it as an interesting remake of a classic. The song mostly received a majority of it's ranks in the twenties, some people did however rank it in their top and some at the very bottom.

Afrojack ft Eva Simons - "Take Over Control"


Released in the summer of 2010, the song is an electro house song released by Dutch DJ Afrojack featuring the guest vocals of Dutch singer Eva Simons. Internationally the song was a moderate dance hit of late 2010, the song did make the charts in the US but it peaked at #41 and was the 1st chart entry for both artist's in the Hot 100. I heard this song a long time ago and liked it immediately, I originally first thought the vocals on this song were Rihanna but that was not correct. Ever since then, I still love this song because it's just really fun and nostalgic like many of the dance hits of the early 2010s.

"Who You Are"


The 6th single off her debut 2011 album and the title track of the record the song is a soaring ballad that is about the importance of staying true to yourself. It was a major standout from her own album as it was one the vocal highpoints amongst very upbeat poppy tracks and making it a fan favorite of both Jessie and her fans. IMO, I just find the track as a beautiful empowerment anthem and I just love the roughness on Jessie's voice cause it just evokes stronger emotions from the song for me.

Next Up #27, we lose ANOTHER #1 and another #30. This track is a bit lower in terms of SD, not in the top 5 lowest but still lower than most. It had an 8 point lead over #28 and 29 points higher than #26.

Panic! At The Disco - "Nine In The Afternoon"


The lead single off American rock band Panic! At The Disco's 2nd album "Pretty. Odd." released in 2008, the song is a fun pop rock number that lyrically is about the feeling of being high with someone high. I've always enjoyed the fun sound of the song, it just always sounded really happy and I always found it enjoyable. Personally, it's my favorite song from the band to date as well and I consider it a classic.

Sky Ferreira - "You're Not The One"

The lead single off her debut album "Night Time, My Time" released in late 2013, the song itself is a indie-rock electropop track. I personally love the retro pop rock vibe the song gives me through the production and I think Sky's voice matches the track perfectly. I absolutely loved this upon my first listen and still just find this to be a huge underrated bop that I just cherish. All ya'll who tanked this, smh at you all.

Selena Gomez - "Sober"

The 5th track of Selena's late 2015 record "Revival" is a synthy midtempo that lyrically tells the story of a dysfunctional relationship as a result of alcohol addiction. IMO, THIS is the best track off of Revival and should have so been the 4th/final single instead Kill Em With Kindness. It's just a far more interesting and catchier track and feels more vital to it's parent album. I always loved this track and just found it to be THE highlight of what was actually Selena's probably first consistently pretty good album. I really hope Selena does more tracks in this vein, it works very well on her.
