The Radio eats up every song Camila has put out for some reason she could just have a song about taking a 💩 and the radio would play that song it's kinda baffling at this point to say the least. That's the case with Maroon 5 or Shawn Mendes...Camila only had like 2 singles I know she had 2 single but those two singles prove that she is a radio darling because even though Havana was released last year they still play Havana on radio and other songs she had that were non singles were played on radio also.

Taking a look at simmnfierzig's predictions for tomorrow, this week's Hot 100 will be another one to normalize the chart after the album bombs. Even some older songs that appeared to be on their way down are continuing to rebound as a consequence.

Also, summer is upon us and this song is perfect for it.

The 2008-2013 digital era also overwhelmingly helped Pop. Artists like Drake who are just breaking every record today, and who's old albums are still charting amazingly show their popularity was never being measured in the best way with their audience (teen-young adult, 16-30 demo, male leaning) being the biggest illegal downloaders/streamers. It was even obvious then their popularity wasn't being fully showcased. I thought it was absurd when artists like Lil Wayne were doing 1 million first week (also Kanye, Drake, Nicki, etc were doing huge numbers 2010-2011), and were struggling to get 1 top 5 hit on Hot 100. Clearly they had a very huge fanbase, and their singles were connecting very hard for them to be outdoing goliath Pop names (Rihanna, Katy, etc) with their album sales.[br If their demographic downloaded their songs illegally, then why did they buy their albums legally? That doesn’t make much sense. Rap’s album sales weren’t that big either. Loud/Teenage Dreamhad small debuts, but they ended up selling more than Thank Me Later, due to widespread appeal and longevity. When Lil Wayne sold 1 million, he was #1 with Lollipop. He wasn’t selling much in 2010. Eminem had high album sales, but he was also debuting at #1 with every song on the H100. Is there any statistic to back up that hip hop fans downloaded illegally more than other genres? Spotify and Youtube were both dominated by pop at the time, up until ~2015. Lil Wayne did 1 million first week in 2011. It was the biggest first-week of the year, looking past the 99cent fiasco with BTW. 2014 report on top torrented medias: torrentfreak.com/extratorrent-reveals-most-pirated-files-of-all-time-141206/Among the most torrented albums ever #1, #2, #3, #4, and #5 were all Urban albums. And surprise -- the most torrented album came from Drake. Further genre pirating breakdown: Artists like Drake/Wayne/Kanye/etc were selling great amount of albums, considering their singles charting was much worse and their music was being pirated much more. Hence, why now in the streaming era where a non-paying/low-paying consumer now has their listening habits measured fully, they are being represented much more on today's charts.

Sorry, what's a torrent site? Torrenting began to overshadow normal illegal downloading in the early 2010s. Similar to Napster, where you download a program and then you download files from a server that comes directly from other users/computers. It's harder to crack down than a normal site that just has illegal downloading links that can be taken down. Now it's sort of dying to... streaming piracy, lol. Where people use illegal streams to consume media. Sites post illegal streams to watch new movies, shows, and hear new music. Although I don't think music has as big of a share these days in the illegal game. Spotify/Apple Music numbers are just huge, its way more convenient. I think cable/movies are taking a much bigger share of the hit with streaming piracy today, especially since Netflix's selection is limited in comparison to Spotify/Apple Music. I haven't illegally downloaded an album since basically 2013, due to Spotify.

The top 10 is so much better now than it was at this point last year imo. And there weren't even any songs that I really disliked in it

Does anyone think Nice for What is going to rebound soon? And will Whatever It Takes have a chance at number 1?

Does anyone think Nice for What is going to rebound soon? And will Whatever It Takes have a chance at number 1? This is America still has a pretty large lead over Nice for What. I think it could rebound after Drake’s album release in June. I highly doubt Whatever It Takes will ever take #1. At best, Top 10 for a few weeks.

May 25, 2013 24 NE #Beautiful - Mariah Carey feat. Miguel Yes Mariah being top 10 in 1998, 2003, and 2008, and mentioned in 2013. Sigh at the terrific “#Beautiful” making that great debut yet stalling and missing the top 10. It was a mid-level hit but should have been bigger.

This Is America is falling harder than I expected, it's already down to #2 on Spotify and #5 on Apple Music, but Nice For What is not strong enough to challenge for #1 right now. Maybe, we might see a new #1 before Drake's super album bomb. Whatever It Takes has around 10M weekly streams. Looking at its radio/sales peak potential, there's no way for it to reach #1 with less than 30M streams.

Regarding Whatever It Takes, I don't think it has a chance at #1 in this streaming heavy era, given it is probably doing worse in streaming than Believer and Thunder did. I mean, it isn't even in Streaming Songs, which is probably why it hasn't reached the top 10 of the Hot 100 yet. Also, the highest peak that the Imagine Dragons have had with a song has been #3.
That said, I think it has a good chance to add to their record of songs with 52+ weeks in the Hot 100 thanks mostly to its radio airplay and steady digital sales.

This Is America is falling harder than I expected, it's already down to #2 on Spotify and #5 on Apple Music I’m happily the opposite. I didn’t think it would sustain the streaming it had when people were checking out the video and giving analysis. I’m excited it looks like it will get another week at #1 and hang on decently in general.

Does anyone think Nice for What is going to rebound soon? And will Whatever It Takes have a chance at number 1? Possibly for Nice For What, especially when Drake's new album is gonna be release in June. Whatever It Takes has no chance at number 1, but at least it has a possibility to hit the top 10.

After looking at the numbers for the first two days of the new tracking week (Hot 100 dated as June 2), This Is America might stop at two weeks at #1. It's falling pretty hard, -28.9% on Spotify (comparing May 11-12 with May 18-19) and -41.8% on YouTube (comparing May 11 with May 18). On iTunes it's already below Whatever It Takes, a song that's selling 30k per week. Nice For What (#1 Spotify by 25k streams, #2 Apple Music, #2 Pandora, #6 YouTube, #7 radio, #12 iTunes) is weak but it seems like it's gonna have enough points to challenge "TIA" next week.

What is the record for most consecutive weeks in the top 10 after it has debuted there? I think God's Plan could challenge it.

Yeah, I feel like that broke the record and it even came back for a few weeks after it left the top 10, correct?
