I mean i doubt she will ever be able to top the success of Bodak Yellow, but this is new song will definitely be a hit. she already did with Girls Like You and I Like It Girls like You maybe. I thought I like it was behind Bodak Yellow. |

Actually Girls like You is bigger than I thought. It has reached 1 in 11 countries. 10+ weeks on top of radio( still a huge lead ). Spent 6 weeks behind Drake and now holds #1 for 5+ weeks. The video already has 1 billion views. I would consider this song a smash hit. This song won't be forgotten. Sorry to those that hate this song.

Only time(and stats) will tell if GLY or any song from this year will be remembered.
I'll always be fascinated by Pulse's obsession with whether or not songs will be "forgotten". We could always just look up how many times an old song is being listened to and compare that with other songs from it's time instead of basing our arguments on "feels"

We stan longevity. This seems like it'll be Maroon 5's biggest song ever tbh. It looks like it'll easily eclipse 25 weeks in the top 10(maybe it'll still be number one) with 30 not too unrealistic. Its airplay is literally legendary at this point.
