Is there any particular reason why Billie's songs may chart (or charted) on H100/Bubbling?

Does anybody knows what happened to Drunk Girl by Chris Janson? It went from a peak of 79 on the Hot100 and 12 on the Country songs chart to falling off completely?

Is there any particular reason why Billie's songs may chart (or charted) on H100/Bubbling? I think it's similar to what happened with Post Malone late last year where the success of one song (When the Party's Over/rockstar) caused people to check out other songs by the artist.

Does anybody knows what happened to Drunk Girl by Chris Janson? It went from a peak of 79 on the Hot100 and 12 on the Country songs chart to falling off completely? This answer has about three prongs to tackle: - Country radio is on a very rigid cycle. Once a song is considered played out, radio stations across the country drop it en masse. While it's rare to see in the pop sphere (e.g. No / Meghan Trainor, Look What You Made Me Do / Taylor Swift), it's a regular occurence for this genre. In this case, Drunk Girl lost about a third of its radio play within a single week.
- On the Hot 100, while the radio had given the song a new peak just the week prior, it was basically fueled entirely by radio, so once the aforementioned 33% cut came, it put the song well below the points it needed to stay on the chart.
- Hot Country Songs is one of the more peculiar charts when it comes to recurrency. Because songs can be subject to 4-8 month radio campaigns on the regular, 20 week recurrency usually means absolutely nothing as songs will stay for 30+ weeks below the top half as they build, posting constant bullets to stave off the rule. As such, by the time Drunk Girl reached its peak on both there and the Hot 100, it was on its 43rd frame on the chart. Ordinarily, a song needs to be in the top 10 on a genre chart once they're past 26 weeks, which it was well past, so now that there was no question of the song ever regaining a bullet, it finally fell prey to the rule.

Is there any particular reason why Billie's songs may chart (or charted) on H100/Bubbling? I have been asking this question since I first noticed her material spiking a few days ago. I've searched high and low with literally no answer. The only reason I can see why her music is spiking is she's really just growing that fast now. You know how when an artist becomes the new "thing" and all of their music sees increases and high sales/streams just because it's them? (A very recent example is Ariana when TUN dropped. Her older material, sweetener tracks in general, saw spikes and still in general are.) But that's the weird thing with Billie. She didn't drop an album, no massive single, no viral moment (outside of that "one year later" interview video which wasn't really that viral, especially not to cause this), no televised performance/interview/award win, nothing! It's very strange, but I'm definitely here for it! This could potentially be something new we're about to start seeing a lot of in the streaming era. Artists just suddenly taking off without a major reason. She's been steadily growing with the streaming crowd since 2016, and she may have just finally broke through and became an A-lister, but with the streaming demographic only, and without an album release to help it, just a steady release of singles. Which, in and of itself, is a new thing from the streaming era. We've seen a couple of artists just release track after track instead of the album all at once: The Chainsmokers, twenty one pilots, Sigrid, SoMo, and of course Billie Eilish. Billie might just be the first artist to successfully pull it off in a way that she's getting hits off of it and growing her popularity through it.

So it went recurrent on the Country Songs, and thus it lost a lot of airplay that made it fall down the Hot100 (it only spent 10 weeks there, so it still potentially re-enter).
