Also, "Chained to the Rhythm" might not have been a big chart hit but it became one of those songs you always heard on the radio all year long. Heck, I still hear it sometimes.

Katy hasn't had a hit since dark horse Dark Horse was a monstruous hit, and I doubt she'll ever top that. That said, at least in Europe she had some "hits" last year, Feels (wich reached #1 in the UK and France), and Chained to the Rhythm, wich I still hear on the radio and haddecent peaks. Even Swish Swish (despite flopping) had some exposure. In my country it became viral and is still played on the radio. |

It’s unrealistic to expect any song to stay at 60 million streams per week lol It's not a normal drop and I'm not expecting a pop song to stay at 60M streams per week, but I'm expecting it to fall ~10%/week, not 30%. This week, it doesn't matter that much, but next week - if it keeps falling that hard - we'll have a new #1. The difference between TUN and any other song is that there was a meme attached to it, so big drop should have been expected after the first couple of weeks. But it’s been relatively stable on spotify the past few days, so we’ll see. The streams will go up after the music video though (+hopefully more promo). |

Most of Taylor’s songs get big because of sales/airplay. So I wouldn’t really put her in a streaming conversation, if we’re talking about spotify that is. |
