Both aren't the strongest songs out there, and thank u, next doesn't have the massive streaming numbers it had when it debuted. If the video does well enough, ZEZE is #1 The streaming numbers are still solid and the radio gains are good. Don't take this the wrong way, but I feel like your underestimating TUN and WM. |

And why exactly do you hope for that? "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is one of the most iconic songs out there, and it being #1 would feel earned. And chart-wise it would be one of the most remarkable feats ever. I think Zeze is better than All I Want for Christmas is You, so that's why I am hoping for that. Also Zeze video is out. It's not. Objectively speaking. |

SICKO MODEOctober 27 (week before the video release): #7 --- 23,500 points November 3 (week the video was released - Friday at noon): #2 --- 30,600 points (+30%) Hot 100 #1 on November 3: Girls Like You --- 31,300 points --- 700 points lead over SM = 1,575,000 YouTube streams ZEZEDecember 1 (week before the video release): #10 --- 23,000 points (projected) Hot 100 #1 on December 8 (ZEZE's video released Friday at noon): Happier, SICKO MODE or Without Me: ~31,000 points Thank U, Next: wild card. Thanks! TUN might have a video out soon too (probably even this week) and its airplay is rising fast, so that -20% two weeks in a row doesn't seem realistic to me.

Not to mention, ZEZEs video has meme potential. It's literally a bunch of people who just learned how to use a green screen fucking around and then getting yelled at for driving a Demon into the wall. SICKO MODE was a great video but the video itself wasn't getting people talking. I THINK ZEZE will.

For the record, I quite like the "ZEZE" video (although I have mixed feelings towards videos in which the action cuts into the songs), and if that song were to go #1, well, it would hardly be the worst #1 ever. Heck, it wouldn't even be the worst #1 of the year.
And let's face it, AIWFCIY is not gonna go #1. That being said, those of you comparing it to "ZEZE" and saying that the latter is objectively better, sit your troll selves down, nobody has time for your tomfoolery.
