Actually, I think I'm gonna let y'all stew on this a little bit. I can tell you that each of the top three spent time at #1, with two of them spending an equal amount of time up there. Also, since the remaining songs each have multiple #1's, I'll let you guys speculate as to which song got the most #1's and where that song will end up at! I promise I'll finish this up tomorrow. Meanwhile, get you and your snacks ready because once I finish this up, the album series will begin!

I'm guessing "I Run To You" got the most #1's and ended in second place.

1, 2, 8 - awesome top three! :) I'd be fine with any of these winning.

Yassss, I love "I Run To You", but having "Love Don't Live Here" in the top 2 makes this all so much more exciting! I figured all along that LDLH was the only song that might give "Need You Now" a run for its money, so to see them up against each other now is perfect! I'm still rooting for NYN, but this is going to be an exciting finish either way!

Out of the running to win the singles rankdown is the group's very first #1 country radio single "I Run to You"; it also went on to be the #1 country song of 2009 according to the Billboard year-end charts. A trio of #1's is among a mass amount of top tens and fifteens with only one person placing this outside their top 20!
And now...a sneak peek at the top two! * It turns out that with "I Run to You" spending only 4% of it's time at the #1 spot, the remaining two songs split an equal amount of time at the top and were fairly consistent top five contenders, with one of them being a stronger contender by staying in the top THREE the entire time! * The song with the most #1's is still in. Could that song take it all or was there not enough support to close the gap between the two? * Did the 'obvious' winner start out as the obvious winner? Find out in a few hours!

"Need You Now" is seriously one of the most overrated songs ever...
"Love Don't Live Here" is phenomenal and a jam... love the style, and it's unfortunate that Lady A chose to go in a more bland and more pop direction, because with the right songs they would have likely been one of my favorite artists.

Welp...to answer the question I imposed on you... the 'obvious' #1 did NOT start out as the #1 and the song with the most #1's did NOT win unfortunately... Now...to contemplate my future as a rankdown host, should I call it quits, even if I still have a few I hope to launch soon? lol jk ;) I'll be launching the album series tomorrow! It will go in a random order, but not necessarily a favorable order, if you get my drift...

"Need You Now" is cliched, generic, boring, pop garbage. I never really liked it but MASSIVE overplay made me grow to DETEST it. Pulse is so basic sometimes. This is one of those times. Anyway, glad "Love Don't Live Here" made top 2. It remains the deserving winner in my mind. Thanks for hosting Cody Wants Out...!

The correct song won! The big head scratcher for me was all the hate towards “Lookin’ For a Good Time”. It’s a jam! I love the video too. Reminds me of the movie, That Thing You Do!

Yay "Need You Now" won! "Love Don't Live Here" is a jam, but anything other than NYN for the winner would've felt incorrect imo.

Kicking off the top ten is our final album track from their debut album, which hasn't suffered a hit until this point. Much to the dismay of vann , as she loses her #1, this missed opportunity was generally well-liked among most of us. at those of you who didn't put it in their top 20 tbh... I knew it I could be the only one to put it on #1 spot but I couldnt change the fact this one has always been my favorite of them.
I am not surprised with "Need You Now" being the first choice I was expecting that.
I liked to be part of the ranking =)

I didn’t get a chance to comment much while the reveals were happening but I have to say that considering “Need You Now” is Lady A’s signature hit that the rightful song ended up winning in the end. I’m also happy to see that “I Run to You” landed in the top 3 even though I was hoping it would’ve been a battle between that and the eventual winner. I really underestimated the support for “Love Don’t Live Here” and while it isn’t one of my go-to songs by them it is enjoyable and I can see why it’s so well liked by their fans. Speaking of fans...I’m not really a big enough fan of theirs to want to do a deep dive into their albums so for now I think I’ll bet sitting those out. Whenever the Golden album comes around I might join in for that as that’s probably my favorite album of theirs. Great job on the hosting duties Cody Wants Out... !
