I actually liked this one more than "Dream" (#unpopular opinion) but yes it did kind of sound generic.

#76 finished just outside the top 20 highest standard deviations. What that means is that four more people will lose a top 10. One of them will lose a high top 5. 16 people ranked this in the top 50, but half of those landed in the top 20. Although 12 people gave out bottom 20 rankings for this song, just four went as far as to put it in their bottom 10. In fact, just one put it in their bottom 5, but it’s a #100, and let’s just say this person could use a lot of help in taking out bottom 10s.

#76: "Natural" - Key to a semi-successful chorus: Scream as much as possible.

"Natural" is so uninteresting, at least stuff like "Believer" was interesting. I find Dan's vocals and the music not meshing well with each other, which is also grating to me.

We’re really kicking things into high gear now. As we move out of the bottom 25, we begin with a real nail-biter of a reveal. #75 is home to the SIXTH-HIGHEST standard deviation in the rankdown. Five people ranked this song in the top 10, but three of them are in the top 5, and one of them is pretty high up there. 19 people in total propelled this song by ranking it in their top half, but that doesn’t mean much when there are seven people who have been waiting to lose another bottom 10. Three of them are bottom 5s, and one of them - a bottom 10 clearer, by the way - is a #100.

It shouldn’t. I know this is a hot take but Natural actually has a pulse and the lead up to the chorus is actually pretty good. Whatever It Takes is flaccid garbage with a boring ass chorus. Also Dan Reynolds raps on WIT which makes it worse. Natural also hasn’t been around long enough to get under my skin the way Whstever it Takes has.
