This is, probably, the worst 1975 song to chart.
I still put it top half. Thank goodness "TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME" didn't chart, giggles Disclaimer: I personally would've had TTTTTT very high had it charted |

I don't usually gravitate to songs in this vein but the songwriting was good enough to lift it this high for me. I don't mind all that much that it's gone here though.

"Where's My Love" is better than some of the other folky stuff that's hit Alt in recent years, but I never got that into it. I do like "Clean Eyes" more.

And another big SD is on the way with #47, the 17th highest, to be precise. This song spent time in the top half early and late. Almost all of this song's 11 top 25 rankings are top 20s, and four top tens will also be washed away, including two top fives. Ten more bottom 20s doomed this song, ultimately, with one person losing a bottom 10--dammit, again...bottom 5 ranking.

I was surprised how much I ended up enjoying "Everybody's Lonely." Not usually my type of song but it was quite infectious!
I'm so glad "Quarter Past Midnight" is out!!! I get that he has a good voice, but he's just not my cup of tea.

I'm actually surprised this even made the top half, given Imagine Dragons' track record on these in recent years.
This burned on me pretty quickly, but I can still enjoy it a lot, from time to time.

55: We Fight - Does not hold a candle to their earlier singles. At all. But it's not "KindaYeahSorta" or whatever that new song was called.
54: Everybody Wants to Be Famous - I want to like this more, but this could barely scrape my top 50. "Night Time" is better.
53: I Feel Like I'm Drowning - Come on, this was great. One of the better #1s of the year.
52: Back Seat Driver (Spirit Guide) - "Giants" this is not. It's alright.
51: Everybody's Lonely - I like the guitar and Queen vibe on this. (Shrugs)
50: Quarter Past Midnight - At this point, I feel that Bastille are becoming another Coldplay. (Although this was released before their 2 EDM collabs) Liked this more at first, but it burnt on me.
49: Give Yourself a Try - "Love It If We Made It" was much better.
48: Where's My Love - This deserved better. Nice acoustic ballad.
47: Whatever It Takes - Best single in their last two eras so far.
Now, where are "Colors" and "Tidal Wave"?
