I’m expecting to do poorly in the bottom 10, so a pleasant surprise that the first 2 eliminations didn’t eliminate any of my higher rankings yet.

It’s always unfortunate when someone loses a top 10 ranking. It’s even more unfortunate when that happens in the bottom 3 of a rankdown. It’s even more unfortunate when TWO people are losing a top 10 ranking in the bottom 3 of a rankdown. And it’s even more unfortunate when one of those people is losing a top 5. As unfortunate as it is, it’s happening anyways! Four people ranked #98 in the top half, and the two top 10s are the only top 20s. That didn’t matter to the 35 people who placed this song in their bottom 10, or the 20 that placed it in their bottom 5. Two people went all the way and ranked it all the way at the bottom. This was also #98 for 28 straight lists… the entire bottom 3 never changed since then.
