This was one of the 1st singles by NY based duo Dynamix (Eddie Cumana and Beppe Savoni). It was co-written by Adrianne Harkins and Jeremy Skaller It was released on a promo in 1999. As the single began to take off in the clubs, Adrianne was going to tour nationally to promote it however, she decided to put her music career on hold to focus on being a full time mother. Then a new singer as well, Tina Ann was brought in to re-record the vocals for the commercial release of the single. Tina was able to re-do the vocal to sound pretty close to Adrianne's original, however, some of Adrianne's original vocals can be heard in the backing vocals and ad-libs. The single went on to peak at #1 on the Billboard Club Play chart in 2000 and it even crossed over onto Dance radio stations. This was the first of many Dynamix singles to do well both in the clubs and on radio.
A new set of remixes was issued in 2012 with Adrianne's original vocals.

I have been a huge fan of this. This is one of many defining songs of 2000s era Circuit/Big Room House. I had heard the Adrianne version on a mixed CD before though it was credited to Tina Ann on the notes. I bought the CD single and of course that was the Tina one but I didn't really notice too much of a difference until the 2012 set of mixes with Adrianne and I was reviewing them for my blog at the time so I definitely began to prefer the one with Adrianne on vocals.
