I donβt want it to happen either. There hasnβt been a slow ballad-y song high up on the charts for a while though. Be Alright? I was thinking more along the size of Perfect or All of Me or anything close to hitting the number one position. |

I agree with the bad guy sentiments here, but honestly it could be months before we get a new #1 and I'm not sure bad guy can survive that. We'll see though!

It is quite probable that this week's chart contains literally no future #1 songs.
OTR could easily hold on long enough that whatever replaces it as #1 hasn't be released yet.
Maybe not even recorded yet.

I'm hoping once Old Town Road eventually falters it'll be like how it was earlier this year with a bunch of songs all getting to #1 back to back, it'll be exciting to see what gets up there. My bet right now is on Bad Guy being the next one We could've had three more #1s, but no, I guess. |

I see Someone You Loved potentially being able to crack #1 SYL or Circles. Circles is #5 on iTunes, #1 on Spotify, #4 on Apple, YouTube streams are really decent and it's currently at #28 on Radio (+1.00). |

Although I would love to see SYL at #1, I don't think it's gonna happen, because although its steadily increasing airplay and high sales can help it get there, it's streaming will be a very tough uphill battle to get it to where it could comfortably reach #1, especially for a more pop/AC leaning song that's been out for quite a while.

I can see the Good As Hell remix doing good enough to either jump to one or eventually get to 1. But if the Adele single does actually drop tonight, any chance of anything at one is practically 0 until further notice lol
