I can't bring myself to hate "Elvira", no matter how hard I try sometimes. (A more extreme case for me is coming not too long after this reveal, trust me.) On the other hand, I can absolutely bring myself to hate Air Supply (and especially this song). Gleefully. Guess this is what happens when Glove doesn't submit. (And if it makes you feel better, Az, "What Kind of Fool" was easily my pick for the worst of the Babs songs in this rankdown.)

I’m glad at least one Air Supply song is gone.

100. I Don't Need You (98): I don't remember hearing this song back in the day. In any case, even though I like a lot of Kenny's songs of the late 70s and early 80s, this one was a clear doozy and letdown for me. Clear bottom 4. 99. What Are We Doin' In Love (86): Another first listen. Pleasant enough to escape my bottom 10, but still underwhelming. 98. Feels So Right (99): Another first listen and clear bottom 4 for me. Just too simple, boring and underwhelming. 97. Hello Again (90): I like Neil's vocals, but this song was too... stale, monotonous. 96. It's Now Or Never (92): Elvis' version is one of my favorite Elvis songs -and a favorite karaoke song for me - so I consider this cover as reductive and unnecessary. Too similar to Elvis' but without the vocal dynamics and emotional performance that Elvis had. 95. Together (96): This was simply forgettable to me --although not bottom 4 material. 94. What Kind of Fool (41): ???!!!!!! I'm disappointed at this. The melody and vocals here are very strong. They do a great job harmonizing, and conveying tenderness, sadness, frustration (that bridge!). Somewhat surprised that this is lower than Guilty. 93. Every Woman In The World (70): Of course, not surprised at Air Supply being in the bottom 10. I still appreciate their cheesy songs and vocals, though :) 92. Beach Boys Medley (100): I love most of the individual Beach Boys songs here, but the medley itself sounds choppy, almost amateurishly crafted, with little creativity to make songs flow better. That's why I fully tanked it as it was just redundant to m --even when I've been a fan of several megamixes and medleys. 91. Elvira (79): Another first listen. I initially ranked it in my bottom 10, but the more I listened to it, the more I got it...

#100. I Don't Need You - Kenny RogersWe obviously didn't need old Kenny Roders on this list. :kii: #99. What Are We Doin' In Love - Dottie WestCan't say I was a big Country/Western fan ion my pre- pre-teen years. I do like Dolly Parton tho. #98. Feels So Right - AlabamaKansas, Boston, even Europe are awesome. This is worst band named after a state. #97. Hello Again - Neil DiamondThere must be some reason why this guy always got a free pass into pop top ten? #96. It's Now Or Never - John SchneiderWhile I'm not too crazy about the above 4 songs I thought John did a decent cover of the Elvis classic which he himself did a cover of the original titled. "O Sole Mio". #95. Together - TierraCan't see why this would be tanked? Its now considered an oldies classic among the chicano crowd. Very nice lyrics. #94. What Kind Of Fool - Barbra Streisand and Barry GibbBarbara Streisand was another artist who always got a free pass into Pop top 10. Barry Gibb didn't do much to liven this borefestI hope "Guilty" nad "Woman In LOve" do way better? Those was at least a good songs. #93. Every Woman In The World - Air SupplySome of you probably think this band is way too cheesy? Truth is I think today's ballads are cheesy. Wait a minute. That's right I forgot. Ballads don't exist on Pop anymore. #92. The Beach Boys Medley - The Beach BoysWhile I'm not too much into mixing. I thought the songs featured were great. #91. Elvira - The Oak Ridge BoysThis was pure silliness. The question on my mind is? How the hell did Barry Manilow escape the bottom 10? especially with a song mentioning the shit climate.

"Giving It Up For Your Love" is the first song that I'd genuinely say deserved a little better.
Also, the wrong Neil song is highest...but I expected that.

#90. I Made It Through The Rain - Barry Manilow Made it through the bottom ten. Ten slots higher then he deserves. I honestly like one song of his. "Copacabana". It just seems like a cool song for 'Scarface'. Plus its a cool story.
#89. Sweet Baby - Stanley Clarke & George Duke This poor duo never stood a chance.
#88. The One That You Love - Air Supply Believe it or not this band is a hit machine when it comes to ballads. They always appear on those classic 80's CD compilations down here.
#87. Living Inside Myself - Gino Vannelli The Italian mafia had strong POP ties in the early 80's. That's the only way I can explain why this was a hit. Strong arming the billboard charts. :kii:
#86. Miss Sun - Boz Scaggs I prefer The Boss over this Boz fellow,
#85. How 'Bout Us - Champaign I remember thinking "Try Again" was a pretty decent R&B ballad. This one was forgettable.
#84. Medley - Stars On 45 I like the songs featured, but it wasn't the best idea to turn them into some roller rink hit machine. Even as early as back then I had issues with percussion sounds that I don't care for.
#83. Sukiyaki - A Taste Of Honey This was drab. If we ever cover the 70's I will put "Boogie oogie oogie" pretty high.
#82. Love On The Rocks - Neil Diamond I just don't care for Neil's vocals at all. At least the most rocky one is highest.
#81. Giving It Up For Your Love - Delbert McClinton First time listen for me. I didn't think it would do much anyway.
So far so good. I did lose an Air Supply top 50 which isn't cool.

For Diana Ross this song was very underwhelming.
