Okay let's not say I'm stanning hard for Travis in this thread. It's not my fault someone said nobody has ever heard Sicko Mode. I mean I would dispute that even if I didn't like it.

I didn't know that, good surprise! I've said some weeks ago on Chlorine's Alt thread that the song was having a better performance on YT WW than almost all of Trench songs that gained videos (It will probably surpass the views of Jumpsuit soon).

However I still think Bad Liar has more potential to be a hit considering that ID had a way better 2018 than 21P on Hot 100/Pop Radio.

EDIT: I forgot about Panic's "Hey Look Ma, I Made It". This can be another future crossover, but it's too early to say anything.

Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid Complete Record Rise to No. 1 on Pop Songs Chart With 'Eastside'

The song reaches the top in its 31st week.

Benny Blanco, Halsey and Khalid complete a record 31-week ascent to No. 1 on Billboard's Pop Songs radio airplay chart, as "Eastside" rises 2-1 (on the survey dated March 2).

The song, released on Interscope Records, passes Alessia Cara's 26-week journey to No. 1 on Pop Songs with "Here," which reached the summit in February 2016.

Blanco earns his first Pop Songs No. 1 as a credited artist (in his first such appearance), although he adds his whopping 16th as both a co-writer and co-producer. He first led as a writer and producer via Britney Spears' "Circus" in 2008 and has also reigned thanks to songs recorded by 3OH!3, Kesha, Katy Perry, Taio Cruz, Gym Class Heroes, Maroon 5, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber and Major Lazer.

Halsey claims her fourth Pop Songs No. 1, after The Chainsmokers' "Closer," on which she's featured (11 weeks, 2016); "Him & I," with G-Eazy (two weeks, 2018); and her own "Without Me," which "Eastside" displaces after four weeks at the summit.

Halsey is the first artist to succeed herself directly atop Pop Songs with a new No. 1 since Iggy Azalea in July 2014, when Ariana Grande's "Problem," featuring Azalea, took over for Azalea's "Fancy," featuring Charli XCX.

Halsey is the fourth artist to swap out No. 1s on Pop Songs and the third as a lead on both songs; OutKast's "The Way You Move," featuring Sleepy Brown, ended the reign of the pair's "Hey Ya!" in 2004, while Mariah Carey's "One Sweet Day," with Boyz II Men, replaced her own "Fantasy" at No. 1 in 1995.

Honorable mention to Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine: "Stereo Hearts," by Gym Class Heroes featuring Levine, supplanted Maroon 5's "Moves Like Jagger," featuring Christina Aguilera, in 2011. (Both songs were co-written and co-produced by Blanco.)

Meanwhile, Khalid collects his second Pop Songs leader, after "Love Lies," with Normani, ruled for two weeks in September and subsequently tied Dua Lipa's "New Rules" for the longest run on the chart (45 weeks) in the list's history. He concurrently earns his fourth Pop Songs top 10, as "Better" bumps 11-9.

Luke Combs Is First Artist to Send First Five Singles to No. 1 On Country Airplay Chart, With 'Beautiful Crazy'

'Beautiful Crazy' also tops the Hot Country Songs chart.

Luke Combs makes history as the first artist to send his first five entries on Billboard's Country Airplay chart to No. 1. On the list dated March 2, "Beautiful Crazy" ascends 2-1, increasing by 7 percent to 38.8 million audience impressions in the week ending Feb. 24, according to Nielsen Music.

Written by Combs, Wyatt Durrette and Robert Williford, "Beautiful" reaches the Country Airplay summit in its 16th week, matching Combs' quickest trip to No. 1, first achieved by his fourth leader, "She Got the Best of Me," which reigned for four weeks starting last October.

Combs' debut hit "Hurricane," which led for two weeks beginning May 27, 2017, hit No. 1 in its 30th week, followed by "When It Rains It Pours," which also dominated for two frames, beginning Nov. 4, 2017, reaching the apex in its 28th week. Combs' third single, "One Number Away," led for a week in its 24th frame (June 9, 2018).

Dating to the Country Airplay chart's January 1990 launch, Combs bests two acts that each sent their first four singles (as lead artists) to No. 1: Florida Georgia Line, in 2012-14 with "Cruise," "Get Your Shine On," "Round Here" and "Stay," and another famous twosome, Brooks & Dunn, in 1991-92 with "Brand New Man," "My Next Broken Heart," "Neon Moon" and "Boot Scootin' Boogie."

Plus, Combs achieves his second No. 1 on the airplay-, streaming- and sales-based Hot Country Songs chart, as "Beautiful" rises 2-1 in its 42nd week. He first topped the tally for two weeks in November-December 2017 with "Rains."

"Beautiful" also lifts 2-1 on Country Streaming Songs to become Combs' first No. 1 among five top 10s. The track gained by 8 percent to 11.7 million U.S. streams in the week ending Feb. 21. On Country Digital Song Sales, the track rebounds 2-1 for a fourth at the summit (15,000 downloads sold, up 26 percent, in the week ending Feb. 21).

Combs, thus, simultaneously leads Billboard's four main country song charts: Hot Country Songs, Country Airplay, Country Streaming Songs and Country Digital Song Sales. He's the first artist to achieve the feat since Kane Brown, who became the first act to top five country song surveys simultaneously, on Oct. 28, 2017. The same frame, he also ruled the Top Country Albums chart.

That week, Brown's "What Ifs," featuring Lauren Alaina, led Hot Country Songs, Country Airplay and Country Streaming Songs; "Heaven" arrived atop Country Digital Song Sales; and his self-titled first LP ruled Top Country Albums.

Combs misses his own quintuple coronation by one rank this week. His debut LP This One's for You, which has dominated Top Country Albums for 26 weeks and whose deluxe edition houses all five of his Country Airplay leaders, places at No. 2.

Ariana Grande's '7 Rings' Tops Billboard Hot 100 for Fifth Week, Cardi B & Bruno Mars' 'Please Me' Debuts at No. 5

Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" rules the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart for a fifth week.

Meanwhile, Cardi B and Bruno Mars blast onto the Hot 100 at No. 5 with "Please Me," their second shared top 10. Their prior collab, "Finesse," reached No. 3 last year.

Let's run down the top 10 of the Hot 100, which blends all-genre U.S. streaming, radio airplay and digital sales data. All charts will update on Billboard.com tomorrow (Feb. 26).

'7 Rings' No. 1 again: Grande's "7 Rings" spends a fifth week atop the Hot 100, encompassing its entire run on the ranking. "Rings" leads the Streaming Songs chart for a fifth frame, with 44.5 million U.S. streams, down 30 percent, in the week ending Feb. 21, according to Nielsen Music.

"Rings" ranks at No. 3, after posting three weeks at No. 1, on Digital Song Sales (27,000 sold in the week ending Feb. 21) and pushes 9-6 on Radio Songs, up 16 percent to 71.3 million audience impressions in the week ending Feb. 24, as it claims the Hot 100's top Airplay Gainer award for a fourth week.

"Rings" is the first song to spend its first five weeks on the Hot 100 at No. 1 since Drake's "God's Plan," which ranked on top for its first 11 (covering its entire reign) in February-April 2018. "Rings" is the first song by a woman to lead for its first five weeks since Adele's "Hello," which placed at No. 1 for its first 10 frames (also encompassing its entire command) in November 2015-January 2016.

Lead women at No. 1 in 2019 = 2018: Women have now spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100 on charts dated in 2019, all in lead roles, starting with the seventh and last week on top on for Grande's prior No. 1, "Thank U, Next," on the chart dated Jan. 5, followed by two weeks in charge for Halsey's "Without Me" and now five for "Rings." Thus, as of the first chart dated in March, women in lead roles have matched last year's total time atop the Hot 100, as women credited as leads tallied eight weeks at No. 1 in all of 2018 (including the first six weeks on top for "Next"; Camila Cabello and Cardi B also ruled for a week each as leads in 2018).

In 2017, women as lead acts spent six weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100, three each by Taylor Swift ("Look What You Made Me Do") and Cardi B ("Bodak Yellow [Money Moves]"). The 2018 and 2017 totals trail that of 2016, when lead women ran up 16 weeks at No. 1, by Adele, Rihanna and Sia.

As previously reported, "Rings" parent LP Thank U, Next logs a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Halsey's former two-week Hot 100 No. 1 "Without Me" rebounds 4-2. As reported earlier, Benny Blanco, Halsey and Khalid's "Eastside" (at No. 12 on the Hot 100 after reaching No. 9) completes a record 31-week ascent to No. 1 on Billboard's Pop Songs radio airplay chart, dethroning "Without Me" after four weeks on top.

Post Malone and Swae Lee's former one-week Hot 100 leader "Sunflower (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse)" rises 5-3, while topping the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts for an eighth week each.

Grande's "Next" drops 3-4 on the Hot 100.

Cardi B and Bruno Mars surge onto the Hot 100 at No. 5 with "Please Me." The stand-alone single (released on Atlantic Records, both artists' home label) starts at No. 1 on Digital Song Sales with 51,000 sold. Cardi B collects her third No. 1 on the sales survey, while Mars adds his ninth.

The track bows at No. 10 on Streaming Songs with 27.9 million U.S. streams, marking Cardi B's 11th top 10 and Mars' eighth. On Radio Songs, it charges 33-22 (39 million in audience reach).

On the Hot 100, Cardi B notches her seventh top 10 and Mars earns his 16th. Their first charted hit together, "Finesse," rose to No. 3 on the Hot 100 in January 2018. The pair joins other twosomes who aren't official regular duos but who have also teamed up for multiple Hot 100 top 10s. Rihanna, for example, has shared three Hot 100 top 10s with Drake and a pair each with JAY-Z, Kanye West, Eminem and Calvin Harris. Drake, meanwhile, boasts five top 10s with Lil Wayne. Plus, Grande has combined for two top 10s with Nicki Minaj, while, going back to the 1980s, Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney tallied two together, each of which peaked in 1983: "The Girl Is Mine" (No. 2) and "Say Say Say" (No. 1 for six weeks, into 1984).

Marshmello and Bastille's "Happier" is steady at No. 6 on the Hot 100, after reaching a No. 2 high, as it leads Hot Dance/Electronic Songs for a 23rd week, while Travis Scott's former one-week Hot 100 No. 1 "Sicko Mode" holds at No. 7.

Grande's "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored" falls 2-8 in its second week on the Hot 100. A week ago, as "7 Rings" and "Thank U, Next" sandwiched the song at Nos. 1 and 3, respectively, Grande became the first soloist to rank at Nos. 1, 2 and 3 simultaneously, and the second act overall, after The Beatles in 1964.

While "Girlfriend" dips 2-4 on Streaming Songs (31.9 million, down 46 percent) and 2-7 on Digital Song Sales (16,000, down 55 percent), it gains by 59 percent to 21.3 million in radio airplay audience.

Panic! at the Disco's "High Hopes" descends 8-9 on the Hot 100, after reaching No. 4. It leads Hot Rock Songs for a 17th week and Radio Songs for a 14th frame (109.1 million, down 1 percent), as it ties for the fifth-most time atop the radio ranking (which began in 1990):

I know their list wasn't comprehensive, but I'm surprised they didn't mention Jennifer Lopez -- she and Ja Rule deserved a mention since they had 2 #1 singles together, and she also had a #1 and a #4 with LL Cool J.
