"Sucker" would appear to have lost 10 million or so views on the video. It was 50 million, now it's showing 41.

If "sucker" got 50m and "please me" got 40m views on youtube and both songs might be in top five next week so does that mean that youtube have huge impact on the chart?

So sam smith's 'dancing with a stranger' and ava max 'sweet but psycho' are going to hit the top 20? They need to hit the top 10! Really hope so!

Ava is probably ready to move on to another song considering it's been a huge hit elsewhere for ages, but I don't understand the weak promo effort from Sam and Normani. The song is doing well but it needs the push to finally break into the top region. Otherwise it'll probably stall around #15 which is still pretty good, but I'd love to see it inside the top 10. The fact that Sweet But Psycho has been big overseas for a while doesn't really affect it's standing here; release schedules in different regions of the world are separate from each other, and if the song is new and unfamiliar to people in one region, no reason not to promote it there (within reason of course, like unless the song is five years old or something). Ellie Goulding's Lights, for instance, and several songs by Adele, One Direction, and other British artists, etc., were hits in their home country months before hitting it big in the states. I also like the Sam and Normani song, but as you said, given that the promo isn't very strong, and that Sam's singles strangely all tanked after TGAG and he is on a losing streak, I doubt it will be a big hit. Maybe if it was a pairing with a much bigger superstar, but Normani is nowhere near there yet.

Wow sucker is gunna fall pretty hard after this weekโs chart ... Radio and Sales should sustain it enough so it's drop isn't as steep, it'll probably fall to #8 or something.

Not sure what yโall think, but I have a feeling โThotianaโ might be a future top 3/Number one.
Am I fan of the song? No. However, it rose incredibly fast on the back of almost solely streaming numbers. With two remix videos getting nearly 60M cumulative views in a month and airplay quickly growing (its spent 4 weeks on the R&B Rap airplay chart, it went 24-18 this week and I expect it to vault up soon).
I have a gut feeling that the song will get waaaayyyyy up in the Top 10 in the coming months. Weโll see

I can definitely see Thotiana going higher. Iโve already seen a bunch of videos across social media that have it playing in the background which have decent amounts of views so I definitely see it getting a bunch of exposure.
Also Simon Falkโs prediction has Dancing With a Stranger and Girls Like You battling for #20 with the same amount of points in his early prediction, so Iโm really hoping Dancing With a Stranger ends up taking it so itโll be Top 20; maybe even #19 since he has Money only 1 point away, too. With its rising radio and YouTube numbers, I hope it can sneak into the Top 10 at some point.

Let's get ''Please Me'' to #1! If this will happen, Cardi B wil have four songs at No.1 like Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars will be with eight just like George Michael!

Wow sucker is gunna fall pretty hard after this weekโs chart ... How? It still has a pretty good lead on iTunes, it's still #1 on Spotify and Top 5 on Apple Music. It's still got very good radio too.

I think Sucker will probably perform like Pillowtalk. Debut at number one, fell to the bottom part of the top 10 and stabilize there for a few months.

God, this might be one of the most intense weeks I've seen, even more so than last week. 3 possible number 1's and number 10 being a complete tossup. If Please Me goes #1 and Sicko Mode #10, I'll be so happy.

If Sicko Mode somehow stays in the top ten this week I will be so damn happy. Out of all the hip hop songs to have 30 (hopefully 31) weeks in the top ten, its a five minute, three part song with no chorus.

I think "Sucker" will get it this week and "Please Me" will get to #1 in the coming weeks. Really hope "Please Me" does manage to go to number 1 at some point!

If it makes 31, It's probable for it to get 32 considering how calm next week is shaping up to be and Shallow and Sucker dropping. We can pray.

What about Post Malone, "Wow" music video i want the song to get a higher peak than No. 8!! Do instagram videos count as streams towards the billboard hot 100?
The video has over 5 million views on Instagram of which I reckon would be enought for it to reach a new peak alone, if instagram is counted.

To be honest it'll probably get a new peak regardless, if not this week then the next. Even though it only just re-peaked, it's been consistently gaining since its debut and as old songs like Happier fade it'll climb up because of that.

Jonas Brothers' 'Sucker' Aiming for No. 1 Debut on Billboard Hot 100 Next Week
News
By Gary Trust | March 08, 2019 1:42 PM EST
The song could launch as the trio's first Hot 100 leader.
Jonas Brothers' comeback single "Sucker" is aiming for a possible No. 1 debut on next week's Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated March 16).
The song would mark the sibling trio's first Hot 100 leader after it charted 16 titles in 2007-09 and one more in 2013. The act has scored two Hot 100 top 10s: "Burnin' Up" (No. 5) and "Tonight" (No. 8), both in 2008.
The Hot 100 blends weekly streaming, airplay and sales data, according to Nielsen Music.
Projecting building-week data, "Sucker," released on Republic Records, should rocket in with over 40 million U.S. streams, 25 million radio audience impressions and 80,000 downloads sold after its first full week of tracking. It debuted at No. 28 on the March 9-dated Pop Songs airplay chart following its first three days of availability; it was released, along with its official video, at midnight ET Friday, March 1. (The streaming and sales tracking weeks for the March 16-dated Hot 100 will encompass March 1-7.)
Helping power the song's likely lofty totals is consumer reaction to Jonas Brothers' week-long residency this week on CBS' The Late Late Show With James Corden, including a much-buzzed-about Carpool Karaoke ride.
"Sucker" could net the second No. 1 debut of 2019 on the Hot 100, after Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" (Feb. 2). (Grande also logged the prior such start, with "Thank U, Next" on Nov. 17.) Only one song by a group in a lead role has ever launched atop the Hot 100: Aerosmith's "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," on Sept. 5, 1998.
While "Sucker" is the first single by Joe, Kevin and Nick Jonas as the Jonas Brothers since 2013, Nick logged the No. 7-peaking solo Hot 100 hit "Jealous" in 2015. As a member of DNCE, Joe rose to No. 9 in 2016 via the act's "Cake by the Ocean."
Also on next week's Hot 100, Cardi B and Bruno Mars are aiming to return to the top five with "Please Me." Following the March 1 premiere of its official video, the song could surge from 24.4 million streams to over 35 million. The duet debuted at No. 5 on the March 2-dated Hot 100 and dipped to No. 14 in its second week.
Highlights of next week's Hot 100 are scheduled to post on Billboard.com Monday (March 11), with all charts posting the following day.

I can't believe people think this crop of #1's is bad. It's certainly better than Drakefest 2018.
