Sunday is always the slowest day on streaming but yea all big hits are in decline so much room for new ones. I'm surprised a big artist hasn't seen how weak the charts are right now and dropped a single. It would be a particularly good time for example for The Weeknd to release his lead single for chapter VI for example.

Would a big artist who is big enough to chart high on their own merits really sit down with a calculator and work out the chart points like people do here? If they are big enough and they put out something people like, it won't matter how weak the chart is point-wise

Y'all are acting like Sicko Mode has no chance of returning to the top 10. You never know what Travis' team has up their sleeve next!

I am certainly sure that Iggy Azalea will never big as she was in 2014.

Iggy is certainly trying and working her ass off... not sure if it will be enough to beat the backlash she rightfully received a few years ago, but I would love to see her make a comeback to top 40.
There's certainly room for more female rappers on the charts.

There's certainly room for more female rappers on the charts. Was it "rightful" really? I feel like people were looking for a reason to cancel her, the same way they have been treating Nicki since Cardi came around... She has been releasing BOPS lately, not a lot of substance in her lyrics but that's never been the case for her anyway. Kream deserved better & Sally Walker would be top five if it was Cardi is all I'm saying

In other news, Lil Baby’s “Freestyle” spends a 48th week on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100, charting at #24.

Its nowhere to be found on every metric, doing decently on YT but most of its views not from the US. Hey look ma I made it and Low key have decent radio and are outside the bubbling under. What's driving Say my name? Lol

Panic! at the Disco's 'High Hopes' Is Longest-Leading Adult Pop Songs No. 1 This Decade
3/25/2019 by Gary Trust
The smash reigns for a 15th week, the most on the chart since 2007.
After becoming Panic! at the Disco's highest-charting Billboard Hot 100 hit, reaching No. 4 in January, the Brendon Urie-led act's "High Hopes" is now the sole longest-leading No. 1 on the Adult Pop Songs radio airplay chart this decade, as it leads the latter list (dated March 30) for a 15th week.
"Hopes," which became Panic's first Adult Pop Songs No. 1 in December, breaks a tie with Maroon 5's "Girls Like You" (featuring Cardi B), which ruled for 14 weeks in 2018. The reign of "Hopes" is the chart's longest since The Fray's "How to Save a Life" also led for 15 weeks in 2006-07.
The overall No. 1 longevity record on Adult Pop Songs belongs to Santana's "Smooth" (featuring Rob Thomas): 25 weeks at No. 1 in 1999-2000.
Longest-Leading Adult Pop Songs No. 1s
25 weeks, "Smooth," Santana feat. Rob Thomas, beginning Oct. 23, 1999
23, "Wherever You Will Go," The Calling, Dec. 22, 2001
18, "Photograph," Nickelback, Oct. 29, 2005
18, "Unwell," matchbox twenty, May 3, 2003
17, "Iris," Goo Goo Dolls, Aug. 1, 1998
16, "Complicated," Avril Lavigne, Aug. 3, 2002
15, "High Hopes," Panic! at the Disco, Dec. 8, 2018
15, "How to Save a Life," The Fray, Nov. 4, 2006
15, "Don't Speak," No Doubt, Dec. 28, 1996
The Adult Pop Songs chart, which began in Billboard's pages in March 1996, measures total weekly plays, as tabulated by Nielsen Music, among its reporting panel of 85 adult top 40 stations.
Meanwhile, "Hopes" follow-up "Hey Look Ma, I Made It" rises 25-21 on Adult Pop Songs.
All charts will update tomorrow (March 26) on Billboard.com.

happy that "sweet but psycho" finally got to the top 20, and also seeing "close to me" re-peaking. i've been really impressed with the latter's run considering its sales and streams aren't that... great despite the fact it could go #1 on pop radio eventually if it keeps gaining.

It would appear "Wake Up In The Sky" and "When The Party's Over" have both gone recurrent.

Ariana Grande Says 'thank u' to Fans for 7 Weeks at No. 1 on Hot 100 for '7 Rings' 3/25/2019 by Glenn Rowley
A week for each ring! Ariana Grande took to social media on Monday (March 25) to express her gratitude for her hit single “7 Rings” spending its seventh non-consecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
“Thank u for 7 weeks at number 1,” Ari shared over the single’s graffiti-laden artwork in a trio of Instagram posts. The other snaps included a still from the song’s now-iconic music video and a behind-the-scenes snap of the pop star alongside besties (and two-sevenths of the track’s titular ring-wearers) Victoria Monet and Alexa Luria.
The seven-week run for “7 Rings" at the top of the chart matches Ariana’s previous career-best seven-week reign with “Thank U, Next” in late 2018.
With her latest chart accomplishment, the pop superstar becomes one of just 20 acts to have topped the Hot 100 for seven or more weeks with at least two singles, including Drake, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé and Adele.
