A few of my upper halfs left, but I don't mind that much. Glad that my top 20 is still unscathed, but I do expect a few of them to be out next set
There's nothing wrong with Cool, but it's kinda boring and doesn't do anything for me. At least Rich girl and Hollaback are fun

{WELL, GUESS I HAVE TO DO A BIT OF A WORD WALL}Slightly disappointed in a couple of the reveals after I fell asleep, but "Number One Spot" is a weaker effort for Ludacris, and I'm not going to shed any tears over "True".
I've seen people turn around on "Scars" recently, and I admire their tenacity...but this song has bothered me for over a decade, and I can't really see it changing now. It's trying so hard to mean something that it borders on parody. It's not the worst that rock music had to offer this decade, but it's not all that far off.
I am pleasantly surprised that "Inside Your Heaven" is out this early. Not that I have much against Carrie Underwood, really, but the songs written for American Idol winners are almost always schlock. "Inside Your Heaven" is among the most schlock-tacular of them all, and it's baffling that a singer as talented as Carrie was given this dreck to sing.
Out of every song in this rankdown, "Get Right" was one of the ones I really wanted to give another chance. I have never been kind to it, but I thought that there was a chance that maybe time would soften me on the song a little bit. That thought went away the moment the song began. I hate that damn sample. Without it, I probably would have ranked the song higher, as it's not particularly terrible outside of the sample. But that sample...oh my god. Instant turn-off. |

Good song and I think I ranked it too low. The irony of this being TIs first big hit while being called “U Don’t Know Me”. He certainly got known after this.

Neither Lil, Wayne. Lil, Wayne is good.. Lil, Wayne has almost lost his voice. All of his songs since 2010 are edited. Listen to one of his songs. Then listen to one of Lil, Wayne's songs. Then look up Lil, Wayne live or interview. He does not sound the same. 50 Cent is a rap legend. He don't edit as much. 50 Cent is a born rapper. Dr. Dre is only more famous because he makes great Headphones. 50 Cent made Street Headphones. There not as famous though. I don't know why. I listened to Beats and Streets for a test. Beats are better for comfort. Streets are better for sound. 50 Cent is no doubt.. Should be one of the best rappers in this world! |
