Also pleased to see big drops for Walking in My Shoes and I Feel You, overplayed live staples that to swap out for more of their older classics.

The bass in this song is so damn good. It almost boosted this song into my top 20 on its own. One of the best parts about any song in this rankdown.

Honestly, for the longest time, this was a song that I appreciated more than I enjoyed. I think that the turning point was when I listened to In Utero again a few years ago, and it reminded me of just how great this song sounds within the context of its album. It finally clicked.
A little odd that it's their best performer so far, given that it's more abrasive than any of their other best performers so far, but..sure, why not?

You can thank Guitar Hero and the Evanescence cover (released as a b-side on the 'Going Under' single) for my ranking here.
Also feeling pretty good for last place at the moment too which is nice.

Oh sweet I have 2 and 5 now
Yeah, I mean, this song is great, but again, I only love one STP song, and you guys only let it get to #11 on Alt, so I really didn't want this to win in its stead.

YOUR TOP 2.
DREAMS VS. REGRET
One has 12 top 10s. One has 13 top 10s. Both received at least one bottom half, although one received more than one. Both spent time at #1.

The acoustic version of this song changed my perception of it. Before, I loved the song, but I didn't love it enough to think it was among my favorite songs ever. After hearing the acoustic version, though, I just fell head over heels in adoration with the song. My favorite STP song, one of my favorite songs of the 90's, and it took one of my 50 or so favorite songs ever for me not to rank it #1 here.
3 vs. 14
I almost want my 14 to win.
