Slightly off topic but do y'all think along the lines billboard will address the fact that artists are gonna consistently make sub 3 minute and pretty soon sub 2 and a half minutes songs to get more streams?
Because it's pretty evident.
Also more artists are gonna 100% follow the Despacito/OTR/Perfect strat and release remix after remix, count on it.

Honestly, I like this new era where a remix makes a song. Even though weve gotten some crap out of this trend (Perfect and bad guy imo), weve seen songs like Old Town Road boost in quality and gain from it. Honestly there are some songs i would love to see a remix out of, if done right it really enhances the song. |

That remix thing is nothing new, even Mariah used to do it back in the days.
The strength of OTR is the user generated Youtube content, releasing a remix at this stage is of course a plus but kinda pointless, already the Diplo remix didn't do much.
Same applies to Bad Guy if the remix don't really explode which I doubt it will.

What makes you think Antisocial will do that well after the recent features/singles by Travis have barely charted and Beautiful People with Khalid, one of the biggest streaming artists right now, reached mighty #26 right out of the gate?
EDIT: South of the Border is the #1 song on the Hot Hits playlist here in my country.
