It's so odd to read her commentary about Sean and their relationship, because they lack any discernable chemistry and just read odd around eachother. Like, did anyone catch the way he pulled away from her when she went to kiss him before they accepted the AMA win for best collab? It sums up their awkward dynamic perfectly. lol
Meanwhile, I gave the album a listen and nothing really stood out apart from its singles aside from maybe "Cry For Me". Sooooort of vanilla. Maybe it will grow on me after the second and following listens.

Just heard the album, I love it personally I think it all is far more cohesive than her debut and flows well together.
Then again I'm in the minority who liked all the pre release tracks

Very curious to see how the shelf life for this pans out. Almost half the album is released and there is no current hit besides "Senorita".

I do believe young thug added nothing to it though and it would of had the same success with or without him.

I hope they're already brainstorming for new ideas for another album/singles.
There are a lot of reasons why I'm sure this era just won't last long. They should push CFM just to try something else and then move on.

Cry For Me and Should've Said It are the only two tracks realistically that could be singles at this point
Barring My Oh My cause we haven't heard it yet

I fell in love with Rusty Throat's Living Proof. I love it even more than Shameless and I was obsessed with that song. I need more details about the other songs on the album from you hoes. I am still salty that she is putting that Baby song on digital only because the clip sounded hot to me, but she is 6/6 for me so I feel the need to let her voice and theatrics bewitch me. She is like my guilty pleasure and I usually don't have those. Even Britney, I was a proud stan. Is the production good on all the songs at least. The only song I REALLY don't care for is Señorita but I suppose it's tolerable.

"Living Proof" grew on me so much that it's already one of my Top 3 faves from the record. Overall, i liked it more than "Camila". "Feel It Twice" is the best song on the album btw And just like HamedM1 said, "Should've Said It" is the only single potential but My Oh My sounds "single-worthy" too. We'll see. My top 5: 1) Feel It Twice (One word: PERFECT) 2) Dream of You (I loved this so much) 3) Living Proof (Didn't like this at first but the AMAs performance + the MV made me love it) 4) Easy (Loved this by the first listen) 5) Used to This (the "Into It" of the album basically, the song Camila is excited for fans to hear)

This Love remains my favorite but Dream Of You, First Man, and Living Proof are also favorites. The album is definitely a grower as it did not make much of an impression after my first listen.

The songs released before the album's release are the only ones I ended up liking. The rest of it was just so forgettable and uneventful. Perhaps I have to imagine Shawn shirtless with his manly arms around me while listening to it to truly get into it.

Shameless - Still really loving this one. I know "Liar" was the one most people preferred, but I much prefer this. This actually has personality and isn't yet another rehash at "Havana." Her voice is a bit grating at times (what else is new?), but it actually kind of works with the vibe the song goes for. I shamelessly love it.
Living Proof - Fuck. Those. Hand. Claps. Hate them. No... loathe them. I really think I would like this if they weren't in there. Because unlike "Never Be the Same," her falsetto is actually tolerable here.
Should've Said It - Ooh, this one isn't bad. It allows her to have a Latin flare without resorting to chasing "Havana" for the umpteenth time. Kind of blends in some late 90s/early 00s teen pop too, which is great to hear. I dig it.
My Oh My - Oh! This kinda slaps. Love the melody of the hook. Kind of reminds me of mid-00s pop. Like a faux-Timbaland thing going on. Low key, it sounds like something they should've pushed over Halloween.
Señorita - Still kii-ing at this being included on the album. Get dem SPS figures, gurl!
Liar - The first verse is so damn promising, and then it just goes downhill immediately once that chorus hits. So damn generic, ugh. Plus she sounds 12 on this track for some reason.
Bad Kind of Butterflies - This is fine. I feel like it keeps building to something that never comes. Honestly, pretty forgettable.
Easy - The definition of "meh." I'm glad it's a departure from her normal flare, but it just lacks the oomph.
Feel It Twice - The only interesting thing about this song is the unexpected chord structure in the chorus. Everything else is just there.
Dream of You - I like the "dree-HEEEEEM OF YOU" vocal, but again, this is just so bland everywhere else.
Cry for Me - Oh, finally, some flavor! "Cry for Me" is good. I don't think it's remarkable or anything, but it's catchy and fun. The verses are a bit on the bland side, but the chorus really makes up for it.
This Love - Ooh, a waltzy r&b tinged ballad? From Camila? This I like. This is a really good sound for her. Also I like the "You know how to fuck....... me up" line. A cute lever play there reminiscent of the "Beat so phat gonna make me come.... over to your place" line in Ke$ha's "Sleazy."
Used to This - I saw someone on Popheads compare this to Taylor Swift's "Delicate." I sort of get it. It kind of slowly builds to a really nice drum pattern like "Delicate" does, but IMO it doesn't hold a candle to that song overall. I don't think this is bad at all. It's not even forgettable and bland like so much of this album so far, but I just don't see myself returning to it ever again.
First Man - This sounds really close to being a Taylor Swift song. I'm really impressed with the songwriting on this one. Like the last one, I don't think it's one I see myself returning to, but this is a really good direction for her.
Overall, it's not a bad album, but I wouldn't say it's good either. There seems to be a lot of filler, and so many of the tracks are just so forgettable or poorly stitched together. That being said, there are some gems here.
Highlights for me: Shameless Should've Said It My Oh My Señorita Cry for Me This Love

It would really help her situation if she would release a single and send it to radio. She made a video for Living Proof, did some tv performances but never had an adds date for it. I'm kind of surprised that a new song didn't get sent for adds and to radio today.

I'm skimming through "Romance" now and I like what I'm hearing so far. I wish there was another "Bop" though and maybe they could have saved a couple of songs. It's a cohesive piece of work that makes a nice pop album. My favorites so far are: "Living Proof"- I don't know why but this is becoming my favorite song by her. It's usually towards the top of my playlists and I like it more than when I first heard it.
"Shameless"- This song was a grower for me and I was one that was all for "Liar" being the single but thought if this hit it would be more epic. If that makes any sense.
"Should Have Said It"- Nice mid tempo.
"My Oh My" (ft Dababy)- Like "Liar" I feel like I could get slightly tired of this quickly. I still really like it for the time being and as of now I think DaBaby may be my favorite part of the song. Hmm, who knew.
"Senorita"- Fits on nice.
"Feel It Twice"- I like it. Something sounds familiar about the chorus.
I think as a whole "Romance" is a nice listen but there's not many songs I'm super excited for but I don't dislike any of them.
I may end up getting the whole release but if I don't I'll purchase an additional 2 songs on top of the 5 I already owned.

I kinda wish Bad Kind Of Butterfluws built up to something, a harder production after the first chorus would have been nice
Idk why but I think this album would've benefitted from having some more features
Also I absolutely love DaBaby on My Oh My, if he wasn't there i think the song would have burned on me real bad

She really did release all the best tracks early - which is a weird strategy, since they can't really be released as singles now.
Out of what's left, My Oh My is her best chance at a hit (obviously), and Should've Said It is cute, too.

It's a good thing she added Senorita to the album. It will likely be the only hit.
The album is cohesive and perhaps works as a background listen. I think the problem with the concept overall is that I don't think Camila can truly sell love, or even romance. I think she's a fairly good songwriter (I still love "Find U Again" and think it's underrated) but her delivery is too childish. A good example of strong lyrics but childish vocal delivery is Consequences. But who knows, maybe this works and connects with late teens.
Best Tracks: Living Proof (the AMA's performance helped me to "get it") Should've Said It My Oh My (probably makes the most sense as the next single - why else add a rap feature on one of only two features on the album, unless they plan to make it a radio single) Senorita Liar (I like the versus, again the chorus is a bit too childish) Used To This (reminiscent of Into It)

Guess what store is carrying an "Exclusive" version of this album, but couldn't be bothered to actually GET the CD or put it on shelves? Why do these record labels even bother with exclusives, at this point? I was told they had it in stock, went on my lunch break to get it, didn't see it on the shelves (which I expected, smh, despite going at 12:45 PM), talked to a store rep who said the delivery truck came in, but guess what...no Camila to be found. He probably just didn't look hard enough but I just got on new blood pressure meds today and this is NOT what I needed.

It’s a good album, but Camila Cabecky still needs to work on establishing an actual fan base and identity. New releases from Taylor, Halsey, Harry and Niall are sitting at the top of iTunes. The fact that “My Oh My” has yet to crack the Top 100 on album release day is proof that something isn’t connecting. Her team needs to stop pretending she’s some Rihanna level superstar and fix that.

I expect nothing less than a messy release day for movies or music carried in store anymore. Sorry you couldn’t snag a copy. I would have preferred a bonus track or two like “Camila” had to make it worth picking up over a poster though. I may just go the iTunes route to get “My Oh My” and add “Find You Again” to the playlist on my phone and burned CD for the car.

Standouts are:
Senorita Liar Easy
This love
This is an underwhelming effort in comparison to her debut album really. None of the tracks are excellent but they're aren't terrible, too much filler and only few highlights. They should try pushing "Easy" as a single seeing that it's doing well on her Spotify but they'll be predictable and go with "My Oh My" anyways.
