Can't believe I've been paying this dust (and her whole album really) for almost 4 months until last night. Why is it not #1 yet? I love its poppiness and how Doja pulls it off so effortlessly without losing any of her credibility as a rapper. Really puts into perspectice how unfairly Nicki was treated in 2012 when she did the same thing with the kind of pop that was popping at the time. well, Starships was trash. Doja is brand new to the masses so she has established herself at Urban (like Nicki) then seemingly jumped ship to pop stardom. |

I've been vibing to this track for a while now. Dozens and dozens of listens later and it just occurred to me, I still have no idea what the f**k she's singing. That's my one major quibble, but other than that it's a jam and I hope this is a hit for her.

Couldn't find a thread for her. Seems Like That is kinda blowing up. I've heard that one a couple times on tik tok, also its gaining on Itunes and appeared on the Spotify chart. Also found out Cyber Sex is holding pretty well for an album track by someone like Doja, much better than the charting Rules and the recent Boss Bitch!

finally receiving some gains on apple music. i've watched this being stuck just below #100 for so long and now it's jumped to 59!! this will make some big jumps in the following weeks on th hot 100.

It's just that I have watched Juicy, Tia Tamara, Go to Town and Rules so many times and this one didn't make me want to press replay. This starts to sound good to me. "Juicy" was great, but this should be the song that rockets Doja Cat on the top of the charts. I really like the disco-pop sound that is within the song. And with that, plus Don't Start Now and Blinding Lights, 2020 is shaping up to be the year of disco!

Side note: will people quit calling Blinding Lights disco? It’s very 80s but it’s definitely not disco. Disco has totally different instrumentation and elements than the synth pop that Blinding Lights embraces.

Recently got into this song,Heard this on Spotify for awhile and didn't know who she was until a few weeks ago. This song is a bop. Easily one of my favourite songs of 2020 so far.
