Arcade Fire is basically there too, if I recall correctly they had one song reach #99 or somewhere similar and that's it.

Of note is that Judy Garland did have hits on pre-Hot 100 Billboard charts. As an aside, she's currently charting on the Dance Club Songs chart. :)

Brockhampton no longer belongs on this list, as "Sugar" managed to chart on the Hot 100 dated January 18, 2020.
