^ how many YE hits did drake have when he started in 2009 or 2010? He has 2 YE songs in 2009 (Best I Ever Had and Forever), while 5 in 2010 (Find Your Love, Over, Say Something with Timbaland, Right Above It with Lil Wayne, Forever was a re-entry)

If Walk Em Down does manage to sneak in (early to tell but still), thatโd be 5 songs for Roddy in the YE (The Box, Ballinโ, High Fashion, Walk Em Down, and Iโd be very surprised if Rockstar doesnโt make it given how stable it is on streaming). And he still has half the year to go (and an apparent song w Drake otw). Pretty damn impressive for someone whoโs just having their first year of being โrelevantโ in the mainstream I know I've said this before, but Roddy Ricch in 2020 = Kesha in 2010, albeit without the terrible songs like Blah Blah Blah (and without the abusive producer). In that case, I can't wait to see what Roddy Ricch will release in 2027...

Maybe a song with a similar vein to Kesha's "Praying" but a hip-hop, I would love to see Roddy hit #1 in 2024 within a featured song

Do you guys think GOOBA will have any longevity, or is it only blowing up because of the hype factor of Tekashi's first single out of prison?

No matter how big the streams and Youtube will be the first week, I doubt it'll have any longevity once the "hype" of 6ix9ine returning cools down after a few days.

Probably not too much longevity. 6ix9ines biggest hit, FEFE, only pulled 20 weeks. 6ix9ine ain't no Ed Sheeran or Post Malone.

Do you think he could pull a Fantasia, debuting at #1 and falling like a rock to where it flat out misses the Year-End list?

I think GOOBA may have enough longevity to make low/mid YE probably, especially given that the โare you dumb, stupid, or dumb?โ line has TikTok potential

I think it will stick around for long enough to make the year-end somewhat low-ish, though.

So... The Box, Blinding Lights, Circles, Say So and Savage/Don't Start Now are gonna be the YE top 5, right? Honestly, that would make it one of the best YE top 5s in a long time, probably since 2012 or even 2008.
And with songs like either Savage or Don't Start Now, Rockstar, Adore You, Everything I Wanted and Dance Monkey with a shot at making it, it is looking really impressive. Unfortunately, some of them will be pushed out of there by Someone You Loved and/or Memories, but that may be a price worth paying. Really, if life in general were only that good this year

Iโd say The Box, Circles, and Blinding Lights are pretty much confirmed for top five, and Donโt Start Now looks pretty safe for it too. Iโd say the fifth spot is probably between Say So, Life Is Good, and Toosie Slide, all depending on longevity. Savage is too early to tell but I doubt itโll end up top five, unless it manages to stay in the top ten for like most of the year, like Bad Guy last year.

He'll get a top 10 debut, and probably hover around the 30-50 for a while, then fall and maybe get 20 weeks.
That should be good for a YE spot, sadly the song is a steaming pile of ass.

I agree but they could still drop a music video.

I think "Say So" will be the final song for the Top 5, although as much as I want to see "Life is Good" get Top 5 too (maybe end up as #6 as an consolation prize I guess). For me, the #6-#10 could be: - Life Is Good - Toosie Slide - Savage - Memories - a song released late in the year, Dance Monkey, or Someone You Loved

Say So is projected to get #1 with the new remix next week. I think this could get it into to the Top 5

Still too early to say whether Toosie Slide or Savage with have lengthy runs in the Top 10. SYL is on it's way out so I doubt it'll end up in the Top 10. Top 15 maybe

SYL and Dance Monkey seem like theyโre on their way out soon, so I donโt see them as top ten. My predictions on 6-10 (with Say So top five): Life Is Good, Toosie Slide, Memories, and then potentially two songs of the summer (or maybe like Savage and Rockstar if those seem to really hold up on the charts)

Intentions might have a chance at a Top 10 YE spot if it maintains longevity for the rest of the year, which is possible.

Has More Hearts Than Mine locked for the year-end or has it being projected to be locked soon?

Has More Hearts Than Mine locked for the year-end or has it being projected to be locked soon? More Hearts Than Mine will most likely not lock for the 2020 year end list and will rely on a very low cutoff to have a chance to sneak in.

Yeah, it needed stability for its last two weeks to even be a consideration for the YE, and considering it's dropping like a stone, I don't see it getting there... Country radio, why can't you just... not be country radio for once with a great song?

It's already climbing less in radio. I Just hope that it stoles Rihanna's Needed me as the Song with the most weeks in top 10 without go top 5. And at least a top 20 position year end

Mom (Billboard): We already have a More Hearts Than Mine at home.

At least More Hearts Than Mine will beat Kinfolks. It'll almost surely land between Kinfolks and Best On Earth
