Bing Crosby's version of this was released in 1942 and became the best selling single of all time .it fit in with the type of music that was popular in that era . 1954 music was changing R&B and Rock And Roll were becoming popular and a more exciting version was released that fit in with the new sound.

Nothing will top Bing Crosby’s original (😮@ it being the best selling single of all time) but this is a wonderful take on the song in itself. Been familiar with it ever since I was little thanks to Home Alone.

Probably the best cover-version of the Bing Crosby song. I liked how the doo-wop sound made the cover its own. I also remember hearing it on "Home Alone".
