I'm wondering what station Magic 106.3 WGER-FM (Saginaw, I assume) is listed as. It's not listed on Mediabase.
WGER bills itself as "Soft Rock favorites of yesterday and today".

According to radio-locator.com, it's adult contemporary. The station's slogan would be a dead giveaway.

Another station to look for:
This one might be tougher, since I don't recall them saying the call letters on the air.
Another Saginaw station. It's 97.3-FM on the dial.
The station calls itself Joe FM, with the slogan "80s...90s...whatever we want."
Well, "whatever they want" turns out to be a mix of Pop and Hot AC. I say Hot AC because here are a few songs they've played:
Tears For Fears "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" Frankie Goes to Hollywood "Relax" Dionne Farris "I Know" Puddle of Mudd "Blurry" Maroon 5 "This Love" Tom Petty "Don't Come Around Here No More" Avril Lavigne "My Happy Ending"
What format is this station?

Both 100000watts and radio-locator call them Hot AC. The call letters are WMJO (formerly WEEG).

This looks like a hot AC station. With a name like Joe, I would think it would be something like Jack.

I wouldnt've guessed it was a straight-up Hot AC station, since the un-currents far outnumber the currents on the station. Hell, it's as bad as a regular AC station in that regard. (Hmm...I guess my inexperience with Hot AC station playlists is showing. ) But that's not a complaint. ;)

Most hot ACs are usually recurrent- or gold-heavy, so the lack of currents on that station reflects that.

I would refer to it as a hybrid of hot AC and classic hits.

Here I go again... This station's called Praise 101.7 (again, not sure of call letters). I think it's a Flint station, because the reception isn't clear in my area like WGER's is. The station plays pop/rock, but none of the songs sound familiar. Is this a Christian station?

It must be near M-18 (Michigan State Highway 18) then. Michigan must be full of regional stations like these since the northernmost Mediabase market is Saginaw. Although, this must be a decent transmitter for me to be able to pick up a signal, especially since I pick up some Flint stations too and the distance from Bay City to the WPRJ transmitter is almost equal to from Bay City to Flint.

Hopefully I never have to ask one of these types of questions for an area station ever again...:) www.michimedia.net/dials/fm.htmlClick on "info" next to a station and you get just about all the information you could possibly need. (Station history, transmitter location, station owner, and more) On a station's info page, clicking "coverage area" near the bottom will get you a map showing how far you can pick up a given station. The maps are serviced by radio-locator. (Notes: There is a limit on the number of such maps a non-subscriber can view in one day, but that is somewhat high. Also, as each such map states, the maps are not 100% accurate.) I am curious to see what Freeland station 90.9 WWZP will become, since when it goes on-air, I will be able to pick up its signal.
