We lose our first standard edition album track next, and also our first #1 from CLD. :( Something about this song really reminds me of Black Jacket and I'm convinced you can put Black Jacket over Want You Back's instrumental and it would fit lol. Troublemaker loses his last place as well!

Lowkey @ "Top of the World" being the lowest song from the standard edition. Not complaining though because it is super basic, made worse by the fact it was the LEAD SINGLE. Timmy has to have hands down the worst discretion when it comes to choosing what to start an era with... he literally almost never gets it right.

Troublemaker loses his last place as well! 100% agree, and that's why it is my #1 here! I enjoy this type of melody, and I love Black Jacket, as it was my #2 in Sundown Heaven Town RD (Black Jacket is slightly better, lyrically speaking). Sad that Want You Back is leaving so early...

Not surprised "Top of the World" is already gone. "California" or "Here Tonight" should have been released as the lead single from this album.

I’m just now catching up from the holiday weekend and I really can’t argue with any of the results as all five songs in my bottom 5 exited (although in a somewhat different order).
The only thing I wanted to add is that I’m happy to see that the albums lead single “Top of the World” didn’t overstay its welcome. I didn’t much care for the song when it was initially released and I frankly dislike it even more now. I don’t know what it is with Tim and his lead singles, but more than not they’ve all been a hot mess of a miss. And maybe it’s just me, but the song really stands out like an outlier on this album when you listen to it as a whole.
I’m glad that is all I missed and I’m looking forward to the rest of the reveals!

Awe man. I absolutely love "Losin' You", but knew it had an uphill climb to make the album tracks rankdown. I really love the oh oh oh oh's throughout it, which is something I figured would be something some people would dislike it for. Four bottom twos and four top fives... we lost them. #8 and #7 are divided by ONE POINT, possibly determining which is the last album track to get cut and the first to make the rankdown. 😬

It is beyond time for the title track to bite the dust.

The title track leaves us next and was the third most polarizing, having two number #1's ( Kanenrá:ke and gardyfan , RIP ) and five bottom five rankings. I don't mind this one even though I do wish I had more passion for it. I also want to add it's fans should be thankful it made the album tracks rankdown at the last minute because almost the entire process, up until the last few lists, it wouldn't of made it!) Would anyone of preferred this as the third single over How I'll Always Be? Any other of the album tracks that you would've preferred to HIAB? For me, it was just too similar to Humble, when they had an entire album of options more different. Despite my ranking, I think this could've been a great third single (but I think pretty much every album track could work as a single on this album).

One more reveal then I'll get us to the top five, where I can hopefully come back later tonight after Big Brother airs and finish this off... Depending if any of you are actually on. 😂 (and how well I balance my alcohol from now to then).

For me, it was just too similar to Humble, when they had an entire album of options more different. Despite my ranking, I think this could've been a great third single (but I think pretty much every album track could work as a single on this album). There were definitely a handful of viable single options on this album, but I think the only *better* choices than HIAB they could've gone with as the follow-up to "Humble and Kind" would've been "Here Tonight" or "California." I think both of those would've been higher impact hits than HIAB was, but anything else I believe would've done about the same or worse. Realistically, I think a better handling of this era would've been something to the effect of "Here Tonight" as a lead-off single, followed by "Humble," and then wrapping it with "California," because "Top of the World" launched the record on a bum note. "How I'll Always Be" is a great song imo, and I think it might've done better if one of the more uptempo songs like "Here Tonight" or "California" had already been released first, but hindsight 20/20 we already know it didn't move the needle too much.

Just missing the top five is the opening track Tim sings with his daughter that seemed to get a lot of deserved passion! Half the contributers had it in their top five while gardyfan loses his last place. I second countrymusicjunkie that this would've made a fine first single!

Any surprises? Predictions? I wanna be ready to TALK about this album when I come back from Big Brother. 😂 bboat11 did you always see thru my ruse of Love Runs not making the album tracks? (next time I ruse someone, it might not be so smoke and mirrors. )

This is a great top 5, but it would've been better if we swapped "Love Runs" out for "Here Tonight" :/
Prediction:
1. Humble and Kind 2. California 3. How I'll Always Be 4. Don't Make Me Feel at Home 5. Love Runs

I can't believe "Here Tonight" is already out. I thought for sure it would be in the top 4, maybe even top 3. "Love Runs" and "Don't Make Me Fell at Home" are good but I'm shocked both of them made the top 5.
Prediction:
1.Humble and Kind 2.How I'll Always Be 3.California 4.Love Runs 5.Don't Make Me Feel at Home

I had almost all but perfect rankings up until the title track left at #7. Looking back, I think I overranked this by a spot or two and would likely swap it for one of the other songs that made it into the top 5. This is a great top 5, but it would've been better if we swapped "Love Runs" out for "Here Tonight" :/ I have to agree with this as "Here Tonight" not only should be in the top 5, but as y'all mentioned earlier it would've made a much better choice as the lead single compared to "Top of the World". If they had done that this would've been a stellar album cycle from beginning to end, but Tim just can't ever seem to do that! I don't know why, but I have this sinking feeling some of y'all did "Don't Make Me Feel at Home" dirty! Anyways, I don't think my predictions will differ much from those who've already posted, but here are mine: 5. Don't Make Me Feel at Home 4. Love Runs 3. California 2. How I'll Always Be 1. Humble and Kind

"Here Tonight" should have absolutely been in this top 5, but it ain't at the expense of "Love Runs"! "How I'll Always Be" is the obvious outlier in this top 6...

I'm wondering if Here Tonight, which would have made a great first single IMO, got a little bit of negative vibe connected to it because of the "Tim's kid singing with him again" ala Last Dollar (Fly Away), which certainly doesn't have a lot of love among all Pulsesters.

We lose the album track "Don't Make Me Feel At Home" in fifth place. Tim's marriage is so broken, he just wants the woman he's about to cheat with to warm him with her touch, make him feel love, don't make him feel at home. 😭 Me and .indulgecountry lose our #1's while 🌺CountryLineDancer and HeyHeyHey lose their last place, which helped make this the most polarizing song on the album.

We lose two more #1's with the song that came in at #4, bboat11's treasured bb, "Love Runs". (Also a #1 loss from castleoblivion26. :'() But I'm sure boat will be happy that he *will* be able to put this as his future #1 in the future album tracks rankdown now that it's officially made it. ;) Is #4 for this about what you were expecting?

Don't Make Me Feel At Home isn't bad by any means, but as I mentioned earlier, I really enjoy this album as a whole, and that song sounded weak in comparison with others. It has a decent melody, and it would have never been my last spot if it was included in some other albums.
Love Runs, on the other hand, is a catchy jam, and glad it did well here!

Ugh, I'm glad it made top 5 at least, and that "Love Runs" wasn't far behind, even though it & "Home" should've been reversed.

Ugh, I wish I hadn't been right about that gut feeling. Alas, y'all sent "Don't Make Me Feel At Home" out first in the top 5 which a huge disappointment. Maybe this song is a grower and requires more than a listen or two, but I just can't fathom anyone putting this outside of their top 7.
"Love Runs" is a solid track for sure, but it does seem a bit overrated in my own humble opinion. It still falls well shy of being a top 5 song from this album, though.
