I am BEYOND happy to see "Just To See You Smile" miss the top 2, I've never been able to get into this song and have always found it to be a bit annoying. It was also overplayed and it is way overrated on Pulse. (also still bitter about this beating "Please Remember Me" in the singles rankdown!!!)

It's a massacre of #1s!! I basically feel the same way about "Just To See You Smile" as I do "It's Your Love" - it ain't bad but I don't like it enough to seek it out. 6 on up is what I would purposely listen to from this album... which is honestly pretty good for me, considering Tim McGraw is not one of my favorite artists.

Coming in at #3 we lose the most polarizing song of the rankdown and SIX PEOPLES #1's (the most of any song in the rankdown). Also castleoblivion26 gladly gets to say bye to his last place, which he's been waiting on for quiet awhile lol I really love JTSYS and probably go back to it today more than any other song on the album.

Where The Green Grass Grows vs Everywhere! Not as close as OOTD and FALW's 1 point difference, but the final two are only THREE POINTS APART!

To me, "Just to See You Smile" just has the perfect melody both in the singing part and the instrumental parts and it's just such a pleasant listen. Knew this wouldn't win because I knew there were people who don't particularly like this song, but still sweet to see it hold its own in the top 3.

"Everywhere" better win. It and JtSYS would have been the only deserving winners from this one, jmo.

"Just To See You Smile" has GOTTA be next! I still think " Everything" has this but I am expecting it to come down to that and "Where The Green Grass Grows" I'm sorry "Everything" wasn't in the top 2 but at least "Everywhere" won right!? :kii:

On a more serious note, I actually went back and forth on "Everywhere" vs. "Just to See You Smile" for my #1 - both are such phenomenal tunes. Not only is "Where the Green Grass Grows" a great song, but also one of my best friends loves "Where the Green Grass Grows" so I have a personal attachment there. Even if the order of the top 3 was different from how I ranked them, it's such a strong top 3 that you just don't see that often. Thanks for hosting ClevelandRox and looking forward to the next album!

lol omg I hate how Safari auto-corrects everything INCORRECTLY. But YAY @ "EveryWHERE" winning this!!!! It's my second favorite Tim McGraw song! GORGEOUS melody, fantastic instrumentation, wonderful lyrics... just a country masterpiece tbh. It was the ONLY option for #1 here IMO. Thanks for hosting ClevelandRox ! I can't promise I'll be doing all of the RDs in this album series, but you can at least count me in for Set This Circus Down when we get to it!

I see you're abandoning "The Cowboy In Me" I mean, we'll get to Set This Circus Down EVENTUALLY lol, unless ClevelandRox be like: "if LBTrocks doesn't participate in the next album RD we will be skipping Circus so sorry" in which case, sure, I'll do the next album no matter what it is lol.

Although I will say, this rankdown WAS a lot of fun and I did find 3 new Tim McGraw songs to enjoy, so perhaps I will continue to do his album RDs time will tell!

Wow, I was surprised at the order as I thought JTSYS would win! Everywhere is a great song though!
Looking forward to see what album is next.

Great finish to this. I was rooting for "Where The Green Grass Grows", but was expecting "Just To See You Smile". Everywhere is a solid album though, so there were many deserving winners on it. Looking forward to doing the next album, whatever it is. His mid-90s to late 00s run of albums are fantastic.

Although I will say, this rankdown WAS a lot of fun and I did find 3 new Tim McGraw songs to enjoy, so perhaps I will continue to do his album RDs time will tell! You can't even keep up with George Strait's albums, when you have like 2 entire months to do them and you already know and love them! ClevelandRox , you should believe ZERO promises that this guy makes you.

P-p-perfect top 2! I'm pleased with the results! Surprised the Tim/Faith song didn't win (that was a p-p-perfect ranking I enjoyed haha). Good job hosting :)

ClevelandRox Thanks for the rankdown, I rally was completely content with the Top 4. On any given day, I could have ranked any of them my #1. Surprised that It's Your Love didn't get past #5, I thought it was just me that didn't love the song. Looking forward to the next album. When we get to Live Like You Were Dying and Let It Go, those are going to be hard ones for me. I'm thinking that non-singles might do pretty well on those two albums even with pretty much the entire Let It Go album being released as a single.
