I really like it. It kinda reminds me of the 2000s.

Are we not getting bonus tracks at Target this time around? Nope. Not even sure they’ll be carrying it this go-round considering how limited their stock is these days.

I LOVE me some Toni but the rest of the songs (other than the singles) are fillers of a boring variety. The title track is corny as hell (with a male feature i cannot put my finger on). Like seriously Toni why spell out your entire last name? Fallin is somewhat nice and reminds me of Libra.

Easily her best project since "Pulse" for me. I wish she had about 2 more tracks on it. Putting both versions of "Do it" on the album and only having 10 tracks total is lazy af. "Happy Without Me" and "Saturday Night" is more of the stuff I hated on her last album.

Gotta Move On Fallin' Dance Saturday Night Do It Remix
It's 2020 and she's been in the game for 30 years, we all need to adjust our expectation accordingly. I'm happy she's been putting out new music on a regular basis unlike most of her cohort. This is a solid album to me.

I feel like this is pretty much on par with Sex & Cigarettes, which I did not really like, aside from the great singles. Something about this one sounds a little cheap and corny-sounding to me. I said that about "Dance" when I first heard it, but it's like that for most of the album. The title track...who is doing that bad Drake imitation? And as already mentioned, the lyrics are bad. The extra "r" in "O.V.E.Rr" is to be pronounced like "r-ruh?"

Awww... I am a bit scared to listen to the album now after these few thoughts here Especially coz I did not like any of the 3 songs so far And Sex & Cig was just ok generally. But I feel this would be a bit worse.
And having 8 or 9 songs is bugging me big time. Somehow I can not take the album seriously. S&C was an EP for me - 30 min is just ...
Anyway will write once I listen to it. I did download an album last night

Definitely better than Sex & Cigarettes, but yeah it can use a couple more songs in the vein of Gotta Move On/ Fallin'.
This would be a decent EP if she could just release it without Happy Without Me and Saturday Night.

Like the last album, I only like the singles.. but I don’t like any of the singles nearly as much as “Deadwood” and “Long As I Live”.

I'm happy. I like it a lot more than Sex & Cigarettes on first listen. I agree it gets into S&C territory at the end, but there are a string of solid songs at the beginning that I don't mind hearing a more dramatic ballad.

I think the first half of the album is strong, I was really hopeful after the first five tracks. Then the back-half falls into pleasant filler territory, "Nothin" is probably the strongest of those tracks. Not a total misfire, but it could be better. I definitely prefer S&C to this.

I skipped through this earlier and I agree the last few songs sound like Sex & Cigs. I will give it a proper listen this weekend....there is sooo much new music today.

Can’t wait to pick up my copy from Target later today. Such a blessing she’s releasing new albums every few years rather than 5-10+ years like some other favorites. Happy Album Release Day y’all!

Right? I honestly surprised she took only 2 years this time around. It's nice to have new music from 90's Divas.

My guess is that all these 16 songs were recorded for one album But she decided to split them into 2 albums with 8 songs
That is why songs are similar on 2 albums
Not sure if that was the idea from the beginning or not... but it is not impossible
