I have loved this song ever since she posted the snippet of it on TikTok in over a year before the album was released. I definitely think it should have been on the standard edition. The inflection of her voice along with the lyrics remind me so much of the Up! era.

🌺CountryLineDancer 's hopes unfortunately do not come true as "Brand New" lands at #6. I like the little runs in the song but it is not one of my favorites.

Shania's trademark exclamation mark was not enough to carry this one to the top spot. I adore this song and it is actually my most played song on the year right now. Still wish we would have gotten another video besides the dance one.

Fantastic top 2! Rooting for "Liar" but methinks the edge goes to "Dreaming" due to being a 'single' (sorta).

The original version of "Inhale/Exhale AIR" made it to #3. The title is classic Shania and I just love it. The instrumental section after the first chorus could have been punchier though. It felt like it was lacking something.

I'm just now catching up and, wow, The Hardest Stone was done wrong. It's my favorite thing she's released since the Up! album.

Otherwise, I can't complain too much. Number One was done kinda dirty. I really like the top three though. I feel like Pretty Liar could take it, but Waking Up Dreaming is a modern Shania classic, so it's also worthy of #1.

If we take me out of the equation (which most people in my life seem to do anyway ), "Waking Up Dreaming" would have taken it. However, it is not one of my favorites by her. I liked it when it was first released but other songs on the album overtook it for me personally. Having said that, if you want to choose to accept "Waking Up Dreaming" as the #1 spot then go right ahead lol.

Yasssss! "Pretty Liar" is epic. Her dropping the F-bomb is iconic and the instrumental is so good; I love the almost creepy childlike riff that's play around the 0:29-33 and the 1:10-14 marks. Such a BOP!

This song is so good! If this was on Up! it would have been a #1 pop hit.

I was beyond GAGGED when Shania Twain of all people dropped the F-bomb in “Pretty Liar” the same way I was gagged when Taylor Swift dropped three of them out of the blue on folklore. That was the last thing I expected from this song, but it elevates it so much, and it’s right up there with “Poor Me” as a modern Shania staple.

So is “Waking Up Dreaming” tho, imo. Something about that one feels like the perfect blend of modern Shania and classic Shania, and her voice sounds great on it. I’m glad it received a pretty decent amount of airplay over on AC radio.

Shania still has it, y’all. This album is so much fun.
