I donβt understand how Billboard would be a company that takes a hit by the virus. Their business doesnβt seem like something dependent on interaction with the outside world.

They announced a couple of weeks ago that they wouldn't be publishing some of the charts that involve the gathering of people such as Boxscore and Dance Club charts. They probably do get a fair of their revenue from ads and subscriptions to their website as well. Less things to cover = Less revenue = Less employees needed |

I think it's a good sign that female rappers can be just as mediocre as male rappers nowadays and still get hits. Imagine thinking Megan Thee Stallion is a mediocre rapper when Cardi has three no. 1 singles ππππ |

When tours and public events are postponed/cancelled/not happening, thereβs no need to buy advertising. Without the regular amount of ad buys, cuts need to be made. |
