If she's only on the Today Show for the 10am hour, it's not likely to be a performance. I expect it to have something to do with Calia, Fit52, or Vegas. Or perhaps the CMTs -- maybe announcing nominees or something. But I don't imagine it being anything new-record-related.

Y’all.....I am praying we get news on a new country album sooner rather than later?!! I just keep hoping we get an Instagram like this one!! I remember losing my mind when this showed up in my feed! http://instagr.am/p/BhVJwuHFvn9 Good Lord, you just gave me a heart attack. I thought this post (I just saw the top of it, not the caption or full picture) was brand-new before reading the text you wrote along with it 😂

I forgot about them, and this might be the first year Carrie isn’t nominated. I doubt it, because there was “Hallelujah”, which should honestly win Video of the Year - but I don’t know that they’ve ever nominated a Christmas song... Have they? Other than that, what else could be nominated?

Honestly if it’s nominated “Hallelujah” should honestly win Collaborative, Female, and Video of the year at this years CMT’s. I’m hoping we get nominations soon so we can start voting!

It’s Latin Pop so I’m not sure, but her name alone might have enough power, especially with this awards show, of which she’s the winningest artist in history. And the video is also great so...

It’s not getting any easier for “guaranteed” noms. Her name certainly carries (haha) weight, but competition is really stiff. Also, not thinking TOG will see any noms - I don’t think it’s played on CMT. Pretty sure “Hallelujah” is it.

Budgeting for a trip to Vegas!!! I thought it would be sooner than December, so I do think we should hopefully have some new music before December! Do artists usually name their residencies after a song or is it random? Trying to think if "Reflection" could be a new song or something? If not, I'm interested in learning why her show is called that! Also, are residencies usually this short?? I was anticipating a longer run.

“The show title refers to the fact that this show will reflect the amazing journey I’ve been on for the past 16 years, as well as a glimpse into what lies ahead,” she says.

If that were an album cover it’d be her best one.

“Carrie’s first six shows are scheduled for December 1, 3, 4, 8, 10 and 11.”
Definitely sounds like more shows will be added. I hope so as I definitely won’t be able to afford it this December.
“A glimpse into what lies ahead” definitely makes me think they plan on having the lead single out before but not yet the album.

I don't know how much time she'll need to rehearse and set up and whatnot but I wonder if she'll have a new country album in time for the show. I doubt it but one can hope.

I turn 30 at the beginning of December...this could be one hell of a way to ring it in! I’m anxious to see ticket prices.

So I have NO clue about prices for Vegas shows. I’ve never been; only one in my family not to have been. I’m wondering, if anyone is able to ballpark ticket prices? I’m just trying to see if I can make this happen. I just bought a condo and move in at the end of the month. Needless to say, cost is a concern...
I know I need to see this, and I will. I’m just hoping tickets aren’t ridiculous.

Not to mention the reveal picture gives off the vibes of a MAJOR spectacle in every sense of the word. I can’t imagine a ticket price under $500...for nosebleed seats. And even that might be generous. Of course I would love to be wrong!!

Shouldn’t be too bad!

Like, they're definitely special and unique experiences, but they're not tickets to the Grammys or something, lol. Even Stevie Wonder's or Lady Gaga's Vegas residencies ran/run cheap seat tickets for $70-$80 a pop. The more exclusive shows may lean a bit more expensive -- as in, Bruno Mars on New Years weekend, Gaga's Enigma: Jazz shows that only happened 8-10 times out of, like, 50 dates -- but never more than $175/ea. for the absolute worst seat in the house. I am almost certain you will absolutely be able to get tickets to these Carrie shows for under $100/ticket if you wish. The most expensive part of this venture for any of y'all will be flights & hotel. The tickets will likely be the cheapest part.

I saw Gaga’s Enigma show (amazing) and I paid like $380 for the second section of the first floor and I thought the seats were great. Even with Carrie doing a residency show I don’t think we’ll have to worry about ticket prices being astronomical. Anyone want to go with me to the Dec 11th show! Lol

These Vegas shows get some of the most mass appealed artists in music to do residencies (Shania, Carrie, Gaga, etc). These are artists who appeal to everyone. But a lot of their shows are not attended by, "super fans." The reason they get these mass popular artists is because people can go to these shows while in Vegas - not necessarily make the trip to Vegas to see the artists. It's another thing to do in Vegas so the prices are actually pretty decent. To think they'll be 500 for nosebleeds is absurd. Everyone who wants to go and can go(maybe except opening night) will be able to. Like 14887fan said, the tickets to the show will be one of the least expensive part of the Vegas trip.

If So Small doesn't finally make it's grand return to her setlist for the Vegas residency I will be rioting. Also, the quote "a glimpse of what's ahead" makes me think we will have a lead single by this time.
