I can't hate on Trollz. It is no Fefe but still a decent song. Definitely better than Gooba.

It's literally the third song on New Music Friday. What do you mean no support from Spotify? It’s neither on TTH or RapCaviar It's still near the very top of one of the most followed playlists on the entire app. Hardly "no support."

Spotify US: 1. (=) Rockstar - 1,329,073 3. (NEW) The Bigger Picture - 1,103,275 12. (NEW) Go - 833,612 15. (NEW) TROLLZ - 760,729 17. (NEW) Tommy Lee - 725,960 19. (NEW) Make It Rain - 675,182 21. (NEW) Rockstar Remix - 646,595
This update is honestly kind of confusing. How on Earth did 'Trollz' and 'Tommy Lee' basically get the same amount of streams?
Neither are on Today's Top Hits, yet YouTube: Trollz - 51 million Tommy Lee - 600k
How does a song with 50 million less streams on YouTube first day get similar Spotify streams
If the Trollz numbers are indeed real, then it might just miss #1 lol.

Also 'Tommy Lee' is only #134 on Apple Music, so I don't understand how it debuted #17 on Spotify let alone with zero Today's Top Hits exposure.
Like Trollz did really really badly today on Spotify, and Tommy Lee somehow did really really good. Both numbers don't make sense.

I don't understand. Spotify shouldn't be updated at this time.

This is the second day in a row they update early. Maybe they have fixed their processes because the data is there at this hour of course.
But yea, those numbers for Trollz seems very low. Then again, Gooba wasn't huge on Spotify by any means.

If the streams don’t pick on Spotify by tomorrow...
BOMB!
‘Spotify’ clearly has no interest in entertaining 6ix9ine and borderline sex-offenders. 💀☠️💀
Although, honestly, I assumed it would have relatively higher playlisting due to Minaj.

TROLLZ debuted with weak numbers on Spotify and it's underperforming on Apple Music as well because it's been 30 hours since it got released and it still hasn't reached the top 3 on Apple Music.
GOOBA reached #1 on Apple Music but it left that spot a few hours later.
It seems like the only platform 6ix9ine is solid on is YouTube.

I checked several countries and Trollz is "underperforming" everywhere. It's also #25 globally.
So maybe those are real numbers for it!

How will it magically "pick up"? This time around, it was released on time on all DSPs so there's no excuse of it getting such low streams because it was released mid-day. It's Spotify numbers should drop tomorrow and the day after that. I'm more interested in seeing if it'll be able to manage a rebound when we get Monday's numbers.

I'm surprised at the fact that GOOBA is outstreaming TROLLZ globally, interesting
Anyways, good debut for Lil Baby, hoping he can finally get another Top 10 hit

TROLLZ is only dominating on YouTube as far as streaming goes and beyond the fact that YouTube streams weigh less, Billboard doesn't count the total YouTube streams a song pulls in the US for some reason.
Nicki fans need to go crazy with the bundles and digital sales because that's the only way they're getting their #1 debut at this rate.

I dislike 69 and the song, but #4 on AM isn’t ‘underperforming’.

These are not even Nicki's songs, doubt the girls are seething. Neither was Girl’s Like You for Cardi, or I Like It where she’s barely on half of the song. #TROLLZ4Number1 #QUEEN Cardi B is the lead artist on “I Like It” (which followed the number one solo smash hit “Bodak Yellow”), similar to how Doja Cat is the lead artist on “Say So” and Meghan Thee Stallion is the lead artist on “Savage/Remix”. Not everybody has that. As for “Girls Like You”, they certainly didn’t score their biggest Hot 100 crossover-hit since “Sugar”, at the time, on their own merit so...

Nicki is a lead artist in TROLLZ ☠️ What are you talking about Maroon 5 - Memories #2 Cardi B - Press #16 What was her last top 10? Oh right, the Bruno feature. Not to discredit her collabs, but it’s interesting that the girls only discredit them when it’s Nicki winning. Why are you trying to diss her Mars collabs. when your faves last two top five hits (as a lead artist) are with 6ix9ine? 🤧 Cardi B has already scored 3 #1’s and 8 Top 10’s from 29 Hot 100 entries, despite debuting in 2017. Some artists have almost FOUR TIMES the Hot 100 entries and have only, barely, scored a single #1. I’m honestly not sure what we’re trying to do here exactly. 🤧 ••• As for “Memories”, I know that placed at #2 on the Hot 100. My point was that, at the time, “Girls Like You” was their biggest crossover success since “Sugar” which was released four years before and Cardi B played a huge part in that.

I dislike 69 and the song, but #4 on AM isn’t ‘underperforming’. How isn't it underperforming? GOOBA managed to reach #1 on Apple Music in like 18 hours. It's been over 30 hours and TROLLZ (which has Nicki Minaj on it) is still stuck at #4. What that means is that it'll probably start dropping on Apple Music soon. Lil Baby dropped a song that's not tailored for radio or the charts that has him rapping about racial injustice and it reached #1 on Apple Music in 17 hours and it got over 1M streams on Spotify US in it's first day. Compare that to TROLLZ's performance on Spotify and Apple Music. I'm sure everyone expected TROLLZ to perform way better than it's currently performing so I don't get this idea of not calling it what it is. It's underperforming on both Spotify and Apple Music currently. Pure and simple.

Trollz got added to a few playlists on AM late in the day. Let's not even get started with Spotify. Both 6ix9ine and Nicki will always come up short on Spotify/AM and Radio... the industry is against them. For the most part, 69 has been promoting the video and buying the single. They know the can't win on any other platforms. Its a fail.

YouTube is 69's main platform, and I think we all know why.

Nicki and 6ix9ine posted about the song several times on their social media accounts before and after it dropped. I would believe the AM charts now is weaker than when Gooba was released. this week we have 2 month old Rockstar and a new Lil Baby song. when Gooba was released, we had stuck with u, Kehlani album, nav album and drake 2nd week. so the song is underperforming compared to gooba on AM

Rockstar did nearly 2M Spotify streams when combined with the BLM remix. Also, the remix is #50 on AM.

I’m confused by these Spotify numbers. #15 US? Doesn’t a regular Nicki song get that high anyway? MEGATRON had 730,743 streams #15 aswell. So pretty much yes. GOOBA had 694,536 streams #16.
Edit: My bad, I forgot it was released mid day, it had 1,512,145 first full day.
GOOBA had 23.6M on-demand audio streams. This isn't cracking 20M by the looks of it.

They are underperforming. GOOBA is doing better than TROLLZ in the UK and Canada in Spotify currently. I feel like the Barbz in the US are streaming hard but no one else cares.

Unfortunately, he'll probably debut at #1.
