Aside from Pulse, nobody gives a f**k about the YE Hot 100. Lol this is so true. For us its 20 weeks till YE charts, for everyone else its Summer. What all of you are saying, the exact same could be said for the weekly charts. Don't hate on those of us for liking the same thing only that it measures a different length of time, and is often more accurate because it encapsulates the entire hit activity of most songs. You think going by only the single weekly peak is a more accurate measure of success?

I like Blueberry Faygo because I've always liked Johnny Gill's "My My My". That song was a jam back in the day and it still is in 2020. Every time I hear Blueberry Faygo it gives me flashbacks.

Is there a chance TROLLZ to break Taylor Hick's record, for a no. 1 with the shortest weeks on Hot 100? Do I Make You Proud only spent 8 weeks. Is radio picking up on it?

The song from "Carousel"?Β Why would it? Nah, the Liverpool anthem. Because Liverpool has won their first Premier League title in 30 years yesterday. Stop mentioning that name! I'm still haunted by that corner!

In the latest Top 40 Current radio callouts, Before You Go has the highest net positive followed by Break My Heart and Blueberry Faygo, while Toosie Slide has the worst and Savage second worst.

It would be hilarious if Jason Derulo joined Maroon 5, Lady Gaga, etc, in having a top 10 in the 00s 10s and 20s.

It was only a matter of time before Jason would get some type of viral hit through TikTok, I'm surprised it actually took so long. He's one of the most influential people on there, and that app has absolutely shaped the charts in 2020. He can actually promote/incorporate so much new music on there and benefit from it.
This truly a case of how anyone can get a hit again in the streaming era. I'm sure for the most part it'll be like prior, the hit doesn't translate to anything more for Jason (i.e. big album or becoming a big deal) but hey, it's still nice to get another hit.

The song from "Carousel"? Why would it? Nah, the Liverpool anthem. Because Liverpool has won their first Premier League title in 30 years yesterday. It's the same song. Liverpudlian band Gerry & The Pacemakers (they were the Beatles' biggest rivals in Liverpool) did a version of the song in 1963 and it charted at #1 in the U.K. The Liverpool F.C. later adopted the Pacemaker's version of the song as their anthem. Now I understand why you were wondering if it would chart. "When you walk through a storm hold your head up high..."
