The "What's Poppin" remix is surprisingly good. I wouldn't mind getting higher on the charts and the three featured artists being credited (Tory to get first Top 10 alongside Jack Harlow, DaBaby with "ROCKSTAR" at #1, and Lil Wayne is great, no questions asked)

If you are referring to SWU, that's hardly a "sell out". She and Biebz are friends and under the same management. Sure, they pushed it to have a #1 but otherwise, it was just a stand-alone single to benefit both artists (with charity aspect too) during the pandemic. Or are you referring to ROM or DCMA or...? |

But he also said this: "I think the new artists are gonna adjust to him,” 50 went on. “They gonna work with him. Watch, because he’ll have some success and then you’ll start to see people not care so much and it’ll be more important to them to have a hit than to stand with that.”"
But about artists working with 69 for clout, absolutely. I don't see any A listers collabing with him, but a newer artist that doesn't have a hit to his/her name, its possible.

To me it looks like we are starting to see the rise of the new main rap a-listers at the moment. DaBaby, Roddy Rich and Doja Cat may very well run the game in like 4-5 years, with Lil Baby and Megan also up there Fixed it. Lil baby's name should be on Top, don't you think. Without being zero viral songs, My turn has shown organic growth and reach in general audience, the album results are in likes of Post's longevity. |
