Sad that "This Town Ain't Big Enough" won't see the light of day to radio as it is the only song of his in recent years I like. Also this has to be the third week in a row we are going to have another iHeartMedia debut for the charts. I hope this is good but given Chris Young's recent track record I don't have high expectations

Since this song is unreleased and unheard of I would imagine so.

This is just so average to me, but with the way the world is right now, I could see it being a hit.

It is a shame the production for "Drowning" was so generic and didn't capture the vulnerability of that song. It's honestly a good lyric/song but the studio version zapped it of any life.
This one isn't for me.

That clip sounds really good. I loved "Drowning" and I was sad it wasn't a bigger hit, but I think this one sounds like it'll go over better at country radio for him in this current climate. It sounds like a really pleasing melody to my ears. Can't wait to hear the whole song.

Yeah, he definitely does need a better producer. Like "Drowning," I find this to be a strong song that's kinda pulled down by a generic production job. The melody is so pleasing on the chorus though.

I understand Chris co-produced and co-wrote the song. I personally love the message and the melody. It’s the perfect song for these times. Much needed.

Today's Country Radio is mostly made up over produced B-grade pop music. Country music that moves emotions and tells real life stories has gone the way of the dinosaur. It's sad, because Chris Young has the voice to lead a country music revival I feel millions of people are hungering for. The music he's put out since "Neon" was released nine years ago has mostly pandered to the times rather than break new ground. Therefore, this generational talent has not stood out from the crowd as he was poised to do after the very high quality "Neon" Album. "The Man I Want to Be" was also a gem.

Guessing they decided not to make this his next single after all? Yeah I was just listening to him earlier and was thinking they must’ve scrapped this. Shame I quite liked it.
