It should be considered that at least two of his previous albums had bundles to boost the sales while this one didn't due to the rule change. Which albums are you talking about? I don’t remember his 2017 album having bundles, and they weren’t really a thing before that. Luke was just extremely popular when his 2013 and 2015 albums came out, hence the high sales weeks. So according to the Billboard 200 article, Born Here Live Here Die Here does in fact have a ticket bundle to aid its sales (his tour is rescheduled to start next summer). Still not sure about his previous albums though, but if they didn't have bundles, then yes, his current figure could be viewed as somewhat paltry.
