Ugh don't get me wrong, I love that "The Bones" is the 9th biggest song of the year. But, I hate when songs miss the top 10 on the Hot 100 but are top 10 on the year-end chart. "The Bones" deserved to go top 10 this year and I'm still so upset it didn't. Well thankfully there's not many times for you to get angry about this because it hasn't happened since 1998 with Paula Cole's I Don't Want to Wait (#11 weekly peak, #10 year-end placement). I think for songs like this, we shouldn't focus so much on where it placed for one week, and be more thankful for it's overall longevity and how well it performed overall compared to other songs for the entire year.

November 23, 2019 - November 14, 2020.
Wtf? The cutoff dates get earlier every year, will we get to a point where the year-end will be in October? ._.

The closest instance of a song peaking outside Top 10 but ended close to it was 3 years ago with James Arthur's "Say You Won't Let Go", kinda a lose-lose situation for me, because if it did, it will push "Congratulations" outside Top 10 and that would suck for me.

Black Eyed Peas, Gwen Stefani, Eminem and 50 Cent in the year-end Hot 100 in 2020. It's like it's 2005 again! Just a shame that Rihanna isn't there.

I just saw this was through 11/14/20. Wow. So, that seems earlier than usual. So, the 11/21/20 chart will be the first for the 2021 chart year. I wonder when this one will end.
What was the first chart date of this chart decade?
