Hm...I'm definitely interested. I don't guarantee my participation for now, but feel free to tag me.
In my opinion, while the best songs from this year are fantastic and transcendent, the weak ones are frustratingly mediocre, despite nothing being egregiously offensive like in 2018 or 2013. So yeah, I'm not too sure if I'd call 2020 as great a year for mainstream music as most, but it's definitely a pretty good one.

No offense but do you ever read OPs? lmao - quite a few songs this year have had remixes released in the middle of their chart run that ended up being the version credited on the list. I've personally only credited the original versions for the purposes of the list, but if there's multiple versions of a song that were a big part of its chart run, you can rank either version. |
