I believe Jose Feliciano broke Ozzy Osbourne's record for longest span between top 10 hits this week; Feliciano's last top 10 hit was in 1968, over 50 years ago.

Is this the first time she's had 3 songs on the Hot 100 at the same time?
It's a shame LDB isn't going to make it too.

Still hoping Last Christmas goes top ten this season but very cool that Jose Feliciano collected a second top ten hit.

Figured I ask here if anyone knew the answer ..
what is the record for most new chart entries in one week? And what are the most dropouts in one week?

^61 songs debuted on the December 5, 1998 Hot 100. That was the first chart that was a "songs" chart rather than a "singles" chart, allowing airplay-only songs to finally chart.

Figured I ask here if anyone knew the answer .. what is the record for most new chart entries in one week? And what are the most dropouts in one week? The technical answer is probably December 5, 1998, when airplay-only cuts were allowed to chart on the Hot 100 for the first time and all airplay formats were included. Outside of that I'm not sure. EDIT: Baby Yoda Hot100Fan beat me to it, with the full stats!

^That's OK. It was quite a shock to see that chart and quite memorable, because Iris finally managed to chart in the Hot 100... That's why it didn't take long for me to answer.

Does anyone know if the numbers Billboard uses from YouTube differ from what YouTube publishes in its final chart? For instance, "Oh Santa!" had 5.42 million video views (I imagine that's solely for the official upload of the video, but who knows), with its official streaming numbers at 6.3 million. I'd think more than 900K came from Amazon Music, Spotify, etc. Thanks. :)

^Thanks for the correction. So, that week is more than double the next highest weeks. It is a pretty hard record to break unless they do a Hot 100 rule change that has a very large effect as the one I mentioned did.

StrangeL- I figured UGC counted toward YouTube's Songs chart, though not the Music Videos chart? I don't know if there are uploads of the OS video that aren't offficial ones.

It immediately popped in my head, and I looked up the chart to get an exact number of new entries. But of course they used the test charts for "last week" positions and I got too lazy to go through and compare it to the previous week song by song lol. I remember waiting that morning clicking refresh over and over for the new Hot 100. I couldn't wait to see what the chart was going to look like after all those years of obvious inaccuracy. Exciting times.

Regarding the latter, it didn't even manage to place in either of the daily US Spotify charts. I have no idea how it did elsewhere.

Baby Y- "Oh Santa!" - both song and video - hit outlets on Dec. 4, so it had a full week of streaming. It was below the top 200 on Spotify for all seven days, though going by the global weekly numbers, an estimate for the USA could be~ 1.34 million (USA accounted for roughly 30% of the last two days, so going by that).

Something does seem a bit off with the streaming for "OS," but maybe it had more UGC than we realize.

And chances are Brenda Lee will fall just short of #1 during this entire holiday season... but hey, I’m sure she’s satisfied to see it ranking after all these years.
Would have never thought that Jose Feliciano would hit the top 10 again...

^Source is probably Joel Whitburn's Top Pop Memories (I have the original release, not the updated one). "White Christmas" hit No. 1 twice after that initial 11-week run. Not sure what the charts were; there were different ones in existence, thus Whitburn probably went with the chart on which it had its best showing.
it's crazy that Bing Crosby had 300-plus chart hits, plus a number of collaborations with the Andrews Sisters. And 30-plus No. 1s (WC should only count as one No. 1).
