We always tend to post "artists with most #1's/top 10s/top 100s" lists and those are a great point of view, but they have common criticism such as charting rules changing overtime and album tracks/non-singles/"1-week hits" contributing to those counts.
I think Year-End entries is another good way of comparing artists hits, and it kinda fights many criticisms since album-tracks basically never make Year-End, songs that only chart high for a week or two then then plummet off don't make Year-End, etc.
However it obviously isn't picture perfect like any other Hot 100 list.
Unique Entries - amount of unique songs that made it.
Total Appearances - amount of appearances by artist, including songs with 2+ appearances (i.e. one song making 2019 & 2020, would be 2 appearances)
Calendar Years - amount of individual years the artist made at least one appearance.
Highest Entry - the highest Year-End placement the artist achieved in their career.
Artists who have at least 15 unique entries through lead or lead & feature credit.
Most Entries as Lead Artist
Most Entries as Lead + Featured Artist
