I think this will be another #1 for Jimmie but I can't lie, he (and this song) hasn't impacting the way I'd expect considering all of the televised performances, award nominations, touring and radio success. His star is definitely rising tho and he's extremely talented even business wise so I expect great things to come. I just want a bit more uniqueness from him and not just from his image and outfits lol. He has the potential to really rep for black men in the format so I'm rooting for him.
I really hope his next single is the duet with Mickey Guyton as that has been one of the best streamers from his latest album. I also think not only is that song probably the best opportunity Mickey has right now to get a radio hit but honestly having two black country artists on a radio single has the opportunity to get some serious PR and promotion opportunities especially with the alignment to Mickey Guyton's story, brand, artistry, state of the world and state of the country format. It could have potential to make somewhat of a statement.

I would be shocked if the next single isn’t a brand new never heard before song. It would make zero sense to release something else off this collaboration project. This song did its job, got him back in good graces with radio, now he needs to a release a career highlight type of song that will connect better.

Jimmie said his next single will be "Down Home." He wrote it after his dad passed. Bumped my post about his next single. This is a new song. Also, it makes sense it is his new single since his first ever headlining tour is named "Down Home Tour."

I know many songs take forever to climb the country charts but this song feels like it’s been around literally forever. Maybe because Jimmie has performed it on TV on numerous occasions.
Great tune though and of course happy for Brad.

Excited for this one to hit #1...if for no other reason than it can fiiiiinally drop off the chart and clear up some space.

Also will be nice to see Brad Paisley back at the #1 spot, for possibly the final time, since he's definitely not getting there again unless he does another duet with someone with better radio clout.

^^ Me too lol. Glad it brought him back to #1 after This is Us but hoping his songs have more impact than this one did. Looking forward to watching him co-host with Gabby Barrett on the ACM awards.

Idk, I love this song. I still crank it up every time I hear it and I'm super happy for both Jimmie and Brad that it's #1.

Rumor has it, he has one coming with Kelly Clarkson. I don't think she has the clout but hey, it could happen!

Super hyped to see this hit #1. Jimmy is a likable singer who seems very genuine so I’m happy he is seeing success. Also very happy for Brad. This officially gives Brad #1s across four decades. Happy he got to have one more great chart run cause this is likely the last #1 he will achieve.

Can someone tell me what Brad Paisley’s 5 mediabase only #1’s are? I know Southern Comfort Zone, Beat This Summer, & Today, but I don’t know the other 2
